The lady on the reception could not have done more for us. Absolutely outstanding service delivered with a smile. Breakfast was OK but the questionaire a little bothersome. Again the lady attending to the breakfast room was very attentive. Particularly liked bowl and blanket for the dog.

Printed menus for take away restaurants able to deliver available in the hotel. The lady on reception never the less had this covered and helped arrange our meal so a very minor point.

The stuff are the best in this hotel. We had to reschedule the dates for the stay and the receptionist Diana did everything(contacting the manager, contacting booking support etc) just to help us and she was very kind when we checked in the other day. The room is new, clean and spacious. There was free parking in private garage which was really good.

Good price quality ratio. Comfy rooms with industrial look. Great location for shopping etc.

My room smelled with cigarettes when I arrived and I am a no smoker. Bed etc even my pijama smelled with cigarettes after 1 night. Automatic check in didn’t work.

Had to be the most friendly manager,/owner of the hotel, warmest reception throughout our trip. Offered good advice. On the checkout offered us a coffee for our trip. Very sincere. Hotel quite possibly brand new. Huge modern tv in the room ,room looks like never used. Ample parking in the basement . Location looks like a newly developped business area with both a McDonald's and burger king next door. There's also an Ikea.

All the basic needs were met. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and good wi-fi connection. Quiet in the night - peaceful sleep. Good for business trips. Bonus: Free parking spaces.

Would be nice to have a little bit more warm food available and offer non-dairy milk for the cereals (for people with lactose intolerant).

the room was spotless and there was free parking that you could access directly via an elevator. the staff was very friendly.

We saw a kitchen in the pictures so we thought there must be a small kitchen in the room. but unfortunately, it seems the standard rooms don't have a kitchen.

Clean, modern hotel just outside of Zurich. close to an IKEA where we had meatballs for dinner. Underground parking. Good shower and fairly comfortable bed. No frills. Basic and contemporary. Very nice staff.

Very basic. A little like sleeping at IKEA. Right in an industrial area.

Hotel Idea is well located and has been renewed very recently. It’s always possible to easily find free parking for your car. Entrance can be done by checking in at a very user friendly kiosk placed outside next to the front door. In the morning, guests are offered an apple.

The property should consider offering coffee to its guests. There’s a nearby hotel which has a coffee machine in each room and a major one in the lobby, and coffee is offered without restrictions. Sometimes this factor can make a difference.
