I love the decor and the staff is amazing. Jennifer at the front desk was so kind and helpful. And the drivers that will take you to the slopes are absolutely charming and when you call them they are there within five minutes. This is definitely my favorite hotel in Verbier. Love the gorgeous. bathrooms, comfy beds and balcony rooms.

I think breakfast could be improved upon with a little more variety. And I don’t understand why they charge SFr.16 extra for avocado toast when breakfast is included in the room rate.

Experimental Chalet has great facilities. The concierge deserves particular praise; they were consistently friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. There is a complementary private shuttle service which runs from the hotel to transport guests to the ski lifts when needed (thanks to the drivers Remi & Dylan :D). The rooms were comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. There was a slightly retro feel to the decoration - I can't quite describe it. Maybe that's the eponymous 'experimental' part. Overall, the room was a very pleasant place to be

Not cheap. The rooms and facilities are extremely good, but you certainly pay for it. The hotel restaurant could benefit from a slightly more varied menu. I wasn't a massive fan of the name, although maybe if they explained the meaning behind the name, I could change my mind.

Central location for both summer and winter with fantastic view of the mountains. Delicious and complete breakfast including a full hot meal cooked to order. Room was spotless and well maintained and filled with amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, thank you! Parking for 25 CHF per day was convenient, do reserve early. We loved our stay and will be back!

The room can be stuffy in the summer because there is no ventilation or air conditioning. We slept with the door to the balcony opened all night. Luckily no mosquitos because of the high altitude!

We booked the top suite. Location is great, very central. Staff was super nice and friendly, and provided tons of help for Verbier in Summer. Felt like we visited a friend's place. Sauna and steam room are a plus and well maintained. We had a jaccuzzy on our balcony which was fantastic, clean, in working order, simply great. We also used the voiturier so no stress parking the car. The breakfast was excellent and the service very friendly and helpful. We loved this place. We will return for sure.

Great restaurant called Frenchies with fabulous food and service. Nice cocktail Bar. Small Spa but well equipped and run with good massage. Very helpful Reception with booking and suggestions.

Need to get a van to the Lift but that is by courtesy vans. Noisy on street side bedrooms in the morning. One lift in the Hotel so long waits some times.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely want you to have the best time. This is not always the case even in the most expensive hotels, but they really were exceptional

It is a bit noisy at night - this is the price you pay for being in the heart of Verbier so not specifically a criticism of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly especially Martina- great concierge booking all our restaurants, Milena, Sara, Julien, Lia and all drivers driving us back and forth before and after ski that made everything so easy…

The spa was pretty poor, there was a plastic hot tub in indoors terrace that you had to book in advance to get a spot for 30 minutes and I was not impressed about the food at their restaurant Frenchie…

Amazing breakfast - sweet little hot tub, steam and sauna area (had to book in advance which I liked so it was never busy but just remember to book in the morning or evening to save missing out!) - great location, out the way so still quiet but super near to all shops and slopes still. Also, free shuttle bus to slopes and when you're out and about was a really nice touch (you got their number so just had to give them a ring!)

The heat of the place was crazy - like they kept the heating on the entire time - very hard to cool the rooms down - super minor issue though - better to be hot than cold right!?

staff all excellent. Breakfast varied & good quality with freshly cooked on order & delicious. Restaurant excellent quality food with prodigious wine list & excellent service. Masseuse (Melanie) brilliant 🤩 Mini bus service excellent.

Spa on the small side so had to book slots. on the main road so room noisy with windows open.Rooms a little dated with small TV.

We've really enjoyed our staying at the Experimental chalet! Everything was perfect, starting from the girls at the reception, the driver and the restaurant team. Everybody was very welcoming and diligent, always striving to offer the best experience. We have also loved the Spa and had the chance to be completely alone for 1h straight! Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great Ps we've had an excellent white wine doux but we forgot the name.. Could you help? :)
