They gave us a free upgrade, answered all questions asked by us. Nothing to be dissatisfied about. The room was so so so so big and it was comfy. You can pay on the spot if u arrive within their working hours, otherwise u have to pay beforehand. After u check out, they will ask u to drop your keys at the small basket outside their window (office)

Nothing actually, just that we had to move our luggages up the stairs ourselves, was tiring

Strategic location near to the beach, Kending night market, Kending bus station and ubike station. The room is clean and got upgraded to a very large room with very little amount of money during the low season. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. This place does not have lift but not an issue for me with just backpacks. Got free bottle of water and water dispenser, meaning you can also have warm water. The staff is friendly and check in and out easily.

Right next to the Night Market, a stone's throw away from the beach and the bus stops, Kenting Hostel offers a very affordable yet comfortable stay for a few nights in Kenting. I loved the small room with a bathtub; the mattress was fine, the AC worked like a charm, and it was quiet and gave good value for money...

Second time staying here, nothing wrong. On the first time they gave an upgrade, this time no upgrade but its ok. Just that the toilet was bigger than the sleeping area. There was a TV.

The pillow was too thick and high for our heads. Made it uncomfortable for our head n shoulders. All in all, still ok

Beautiful, amazing people. I made a request that couldn't be satisfied and they even upgraded me for free. R New rooms, beautifully decorated. They provide all you need. In the center of town. Beautiful place.

Location near to beach,cafes & night market. Staff were welcoming & efficient. Room was great. Just like the photos. TV News channels in English..A/C. Fridge. Room serviced daily.

Very close to the Kenting Arch bus stop. Accessible by both front and back roads. Basically close to the start of the night market street. And I have my own private rooftop balcony.

Stairs! Lol. Unavoidable since I stayed on the 3rd floor.

the first night we slept in a really small room, but got upgraded for free the next day to a much bigger room! We loved that one and are very thankful for the upgrade! The staff was very lovely and tried to communicate in English with us. They gave us a discount on renting motorcycles. The dog was also very sweet. The location couldn't have been better. The amazing night market was right outside the door, the beach was also just a minute walk away.

There was only a window in the bathroom which made the room a little dark, but it was totally manageable for the few nights we stayed. While we stayed in the smaller room, we heard everything in the hallways which was a little bothersome.

Location is good. Scooter rental is cheap. Price was good for low season.

We had to pay in cash only, even though booking says credit card is accepted.

the location is great, the value for its price is great.the host is nice and helpful! you can rent a scooter with a good price. stay at room 305 with a balcony.

the stairs to room 305 is steep and narrow. be careful. i booked the room under 墾丁旅店（大彎館）Kenting hostel Da wan, but somehow got directed to another one in an alley which was 400m from the name mentioned. weird.
