Clean room. I got the room with the balcony overlooking the beach. Made for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The only two issues I had: 1) The room was a little smaller than I expected. I knew it would still be small, but that didn't matter much. Didn't feel smaller once I got used to it. 2) I asked for a taxi at the front desk and they didn't seem to know how to call one for me. There are a few taxi companies around the area that other people knew at other places. Maybe keep a taxi number on hand to call when customers ask for it, as the APPs didn't always find one.

Excellent location, literally 5 mins away from the main street/ night market. They have a thermo ventilator in our bathroom, we were able to keep the bathroom dry all the time (very useful after all the water activities/ bath/ pool). You need to reserve a certain time for breakfast and have to walk to another building (1 min away from the hotel).

It took a little while to cool down the room, especially in the afternoon time.

Incredible views from the room with an extremely comfortable bed and gorgeous outside bath from Wu in you can watch the sunset (if you take the option of the VIP/Superior room). Really lovely breakfast by Taiwan hotel standards

No shower per se and using the shower head in the bath resulted in water going everywhere. Having to pay extra for coffee at breakfast seems a bit much when the room is about £125 a night.

The view was amazing. It's the best view on the block. The managers were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was awesome. We enjoyed having breakfast by the sea and dinner at the night market. It was like a carnival every night.

The room was small, but the view made up for it.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Very easy to find and check in. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Just the shower was a bit strange. It was part of a bath and was impossible not to wet all the bathroom when having a shower. Just needed a shower curtain or something.

Right in front of the beach, nice little hotel with a not very spacious but comfortable room. A nice balcony with direct view to the sea.

On the balcony there was a strange thing, that was gurgling every time someone was using the bathroom upstairs. Strange noises

Right next to beach. Close to bus stop and night market. Nice modern styling and well maintained. Friendly staff. Elevator present for top floors.

Room and balcony were smaller than expected. Bathroom was so small that you could not close the door without standing in shower or next to toilet. Breakfast was well prepared and very light for a big eater like me, but good for a light eater.

The location was great, situated right on the waterfront, with a view of the beach and a great balcony. Breakfast was a short walk a few doors down and was simple but delicious.

The room was extremely small, the photos made it seem larger, or potentially we received a room that was not the one that was on the site.

There was a building site next door, though no one was working on it in our stay. The next room neighbour of our last night stay had a party with loud music until 2pm. The lift security was not working (can use without a room card).

The location is amazing, the room is exact facing the sea, walking distance to the beach, with very quite and chill environment. And around 2 minutes walks to the Kenting main street, very easy to get food, clothes or sunscreen, etc.

We stay at the top floor room with 2 bathtubs, one is inside the room, another one is one the balcony. The one on the balcony is not as clean as the one inside. We asked the hotel to clean it up again for us after we cheched in.
