Great central location to explore downtown Hsinchu on foot. Many good restaurants and the included breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality. The staff were very helpful storing my bicycle securely in an unused conference room downstairs. Communications before and during my visit were excellent. Appreciated the nice soaking tub after my first day cycling Route 1. Everything was clean, comfortable, and modern. I would stay here again.

Had trouble with thermostat and getting the right temperature but didn't ask front desk because it wasn't too hot or cold outside. Everything else was good.

Japanese perfection!! I liked everything (super clean and spacious room with comfy beds), wonderful breakfast, lovely welcoming drinks and cookies, super-efficient and friendly staff (they called an Uber for us to go to a restaurant in the port, and could speak English well), and fabulous location (500 meters from local train station and lots of restaurants, including a macdonald’s) nearby.

Very friendly staff. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants and other attractions. The hotel also has coin operated washer and dryer (with free detergent) to do laundry. If you stay more than two days then the hotel offers free laundry service for three items of underwear each day.

The hotel is clean but it could use some maintenance.

I was very happy with the great customer service that I received from Danny/ Daniel. He was very helpful with making sure I had everything I needed. Also the breakfast was great as well. The whole facility was very clean too! I travel a lot here in Taiwan and this place is definitely in the top 3 for service and value.

I just wish that more English channels were available, maybe HBO and Cinemax. But the TV was very nice with a big screen which was great 👍

The location is excellent. It's right by the river park and it's walkable to the bigcity mall and the night market. The staff was extremely helpful. I accidentally left my sunglasses at the hotel. I messaged them and they found it for me. I already left the city and asked them if they can mail it to my hotel in taipei. They said yes and have my sunglasses mailed to my hotel. When I checked into my taipei hotel they already contacted this hotel and the sunglasses arrived in one day. I am so grateful to them. They made my trip much happier after I have my sunglasses back!

pros: 1. very locally feel of this hotel brand. IT's not fansy chain but got everthing you need and the hotel management are trying hard to make this property as good as it can be. 2. Room size is good and with a very spacious desk for work 3. shower room is equiped with all you need as a traveler 4. Staff are attentive and helpful. 5. They are remodeling the yard to be another enjoyable outdoor area 6. Breakfast is a real treat for me with wide variety of offering

Not enough parking spaces downstairs and the location is a bit far from the Big City which is where it happens..... Price of the room varys quite a bit depends on which reservation sites you go with

Hope the laundry facilities can open a bit longer (like 2am), as many times come back to hotel after 10 or 11pm and can’t risk do the laundry as it closes at 12am.

Location of the hotel is very close to the Dongmen market and the train station. The room is decent and clean( hot water comes quick).

The down side of it was the sound proofing The room was at seventh’s level, and I could still hear people laughing, talking outside in the middle of the night.

Helpful staff, great gym facilities, drinks and snacks available at all times. Comfy room, bed, bidet toilets and good water pressure.

Some breakfast dishes served lukewarm.
