I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in November. This hotel was actually recommended by my sister who stayed here a couple months prior and she loved it so much she insisted I stay here as well. I'm so glad I did. H20 exceeded my expectations. Extremely friendly and professional staff. They also helped shuttle us to the high speed rail station. The shuttle is a private van where we were the only passengers. There's also shuttle service for them to pick up H20 customers from the HSR station as well. Even better this service is free to H20 customers! Our room was spacious and very clean. We booked the package that included a free breakfast. The food was delicious. Included both Western and Asian cuisines. You had the option to grab food from the buffet bar or you can request chefs to make specific dishes that the staff will bring directly to your table (including dishes like french toast, abalone congee, steak, etc). It was truly a memorable and outstanding experience, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when I'm in Kaohsiung.

The breakfast was pretty nice. It opened till 11am so we didn't have to wake up super early for breakfast. Our package comes with welcome drinks on the rooftop and access to the lounge, those were nice too. The beds were comfortable. When booking the shuttle service, we were quite impressed that they picked us up at the HSR platform, outside our car. We felt pretty spoiled. Really appreciate the pick-up service.

Pool only opens to 7pm; I didn't particularly appreciate how we were given access to the lounge for enough entry times, but when we brought our friends to hang out there, they told us it was for hotel guests only. What's the point of the lounge if I cannot bring my guests to properly chat with them? I also don't see there are options for meeting rooms as a facility. If the hotel does not like outside guests, they need to make it clear to the guests staying at this hotel, that the lounge is for paying guests ONLY.

Clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff, and very good value for money. The location is convenient for public transport. The buffet breakfast was really nice, too, with lots of vegan-friendly options. We also took advantage of the discount coupon for cocktails at the rooftop bar.

The rooftop swimming pool’s clear wall is more for looks than serious swimming. We also found the lighting throughout the hotel was really dim, especially in our room and the hallways. The coffee could be improved in the breakfast buffet, especially when Taiwan is so renowned for great coffee generally.

The hotel staff were very friendly and thoughtful. I had a stomach flu on the last day of my trip and started to throw up late at night. When I called the front desk to explain the situation and asked for more plastic bags (in case of more vomiting) the hotel staff were very caring and offered to take me to the emergency room at the nearest hospital. After a few hours of vomits and diarrheas I decided to take up the offer which they arranged quickly at midnight, and left a mobile number for me to call when I need a ride back from the hospital back to hotel. During my time at the hospital I was put on an IV drip and they called and checked in on how I was doing. When I was discharged they came and picked me up at 2am, and offered to delay my check out time to at least 3pm, they even reserved the room for me in case I needed to stay for longer to recover. I am very grateful for their help and kind gesture. Luckily I was well enough to leave the next morning as planned. I could not have done that without their help.

In general the hotel feels dark and not enough lighting in the room. They offered a floor lamp which I’ve used. I personally prefer bright and well lit rooms and corridors. However this is only personal preference of hotel aesthetics and styles.

I recently celebrated my birthday weekend at H2O Hotel in Kaohsiung, and it was an experience I will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, the hotel surpassed all expectations with its exceptional service and luxurious ambiance. The staff at H2O Hotel were nothing short of amazing. Despite only mentioning my birthday during the booking process, every staff member seemed to know and went out of their way to make the day special. Their warmth and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly valued. The highlight was a surprise birthday celebration, complete with a delicious cake and a heartfelt rendition of “Happy Birthday,” making me feel like a VIP. The ambiance of H2O Hotel is both sophisticated and inviting. Every detail, from the elegant décor to the relaxing atmosphere, contributed to a sense of tranquility and luxury. The rooms were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail in the room’s amenities was evident and added to the overall experience. The food at H2O Hotel was absolutely mouth-watering. Each meal was a delightful journey for our taste buds, showcasing a variety of exquisite dishes. The dining experience was elevated by the courteous staff and the beautiful dining spaces, making each meal a memorable event. The pool bar at H2O is an exceptional spot, embodying a sense of elegance and class. Although we received coupons for the pool bar, we found ourselves enjoying the ambiance so much that we didn’t even use them. The setting was perfect for a relaxing evening, with stunning views and a chic atmosphere. A testament to their outstanding service was when I realized, after arriving in Taipei, that I had accidentally left a favorite T-shirt in my room’s wardrobe. The hotel staff promptly called me and graciously offered to send it to Taipei. This gesture truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction and their attention to detail.

Everything, especially the semi ala carte buffet breakfast, shuttle service to and from ZouYing HSR station, bathroom with nice tub, automatic WC, complimentary mini-bar in room, and comfortable bed. Walking distance to subway station. Was pleasantly surprised that a hotel staff in smart uniform met us on the platform of the HSR station to help with our luggage when we arrived.

Had to inform the hotel of our train arrival time at the HSR station least 1 day in advance but I guess that is needed for the hotel to provide us with VIP service levels.

The room was on the 17th floor and we got a suite with two king beds and had plenty of room. We loved the location and the breakfasts were included and all so delicious. They had western breakfasts and traditional Taiwanese breakfast and both were wonderful. We loved the workout room as well. They had umbrellas for us to use each day and greeted us at the door with a smile every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing, everything was great and the staff took care of all our needs. If we ever had an issue the staff were there immediately to fix it. I could not have asked for a more responsive team than the group of people who work at H2O hotel

Very very good breakfast, especially the dishes made on request. Nice roof-top swimming pool (6:30~19:00). Staffs are nice and helpful. Personalized pick-up and transport from/to high-speed train station.

The hallway is a bit dark for me. But it is personal as I have preference for bright and lit-up room and hallway. Not at all a problem of the hotel. Bed is too soft for me. Again, this is personal preference.

Hotel location is great. There is 7-11 convenience store nearby, at the end of the street is a massage place to visit. About 5-7min away from the nearest metro station, easy access to every where in the city. There is also free shuttle service from Zuoying High speed train station to the hotel (reservation needed). Staff were very friendly and helpful during the accident happened during the stay.

Very satisfied my stay there is worth the price 1st they have a very good staff, they talked to you politely and treat you as their valued customers they're very kind they speak english very well.😍👍 the facilities are very good so neat and clean. The ambience are so good , well ventilated with overlooking view of the city from your room, they provide every necessities good as new, rooftop bar and pool so good too . They provide welcoming drinks there. And also the shuttle service its so good ,feels like your Vip they will provide shuttle in going to the hotel from xinzouying station and u must booked first 1day before for the time of pick up. Also in checked out they will also droved you there . Breakfast is so good they provide menu for you to choose your desired main course feels like i eat lunch too because breakfast time starts 7-11 no need to hurry . So delicious i appreciate everything .. Highlu recommended good value of money👍👍👍
