The room was on the 17th floor and we got a suite with two king beds and had plenty of room. We loved the location and the breakfasts were included and all so delicious. They had western breakfasts and traditional Taiwanese breakfast and both were wonderful. We loved the workout room as well. They had umbrellas for us to use each day and greeted us at the door with a smile every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing, everything was great and the staff took care of all our needs. If we ever had an issue the staff were there immediately to fix it. I could not have asked for a more responsive team than the group of people who work at H2O hotel

Very satisfied my stay there is worth the price 1st they have a very good staff, they talked to you politely and treat you as their valued customers they're very kind they speak english very well.😍👍 the facilities are very good so neat and clean. The ambience are so good , well ventilated with overlooking view of the city from your room, they provide every necessities good as new, rooftop bar and pool so good too . They provide welcoming drinks there. And also the shuttle service its so good ,feels like your Vip they will provide shuttle in going to the hotel from xinzouying station and u must booked first 1day before for the time of pick up. Also in checked out they will also droved you there . Breakfast is so good they provide menu for you to choose your desired main course feels like i eat lunch too because breakfast time starts 7-11 no need to hurry . So delicious i appreciate everything .. Highlu recommended good value of money👍👍👍

The Hotel is nicely located, super modern, and posh. The staff is very kind and skillful. Amenities are fine. It is an architectural gem of the neighborhood.

It is a bit dark inside the corridors and in the room, including the bathroom. Breakfast should include smoothies and real bread, rice, and other carbs. Jams/marmelads are the cheapest American ones instead of being some organic first-class ones. It should include a vegan option and fresh squeezed juices instead of cheap, sweet "juices.",

This hotel is truly breathtaking! The architecture is very nice as the building is glowing at night (it doesn't bother you in your room though). The personel is discrete and helpful, the rooms are big and well ecquipped and the pool is just stunning! Also the breakfast will definitely match your expectations for such an hotel as you have a quite big buffet with international options and freshly prepared meals. It is really an amazing place!

There is nothing to criticize in my opinion

The hotel staff were truly exceptional, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I wasn't aware that the hotel offered a taxi service from the hsr station and they wrote to tell me about it. When our train was delayed they were nothing but positive and helpful. Everything was great in the room but the staff were by far and away the best bit about the hotel.

The staff were so great, and the breakfast was really satisfying. They also gave us complementary cookies and welcome drinks at the pool bar each day. The room was super comfortable.

The elevators were very busy and sometimes took a while to arrive. The water in the pool was a bit chilly. I'd have liked it if the gym were replaced with a sauna or steam room.

One of the best breakfast among hotels in Kaohsiung and even superior than most of them in Taipei. Very well trained staffs and the quality has kept for many years without decending. Wonderful.

High quality hotel with very helpful and thoughtful staff. Room is clean and the very well-equipped. The sofa in the room is very comfy.

The room was not ready when I checked in at 4ish pm. It shouldn't have happened. But since I didn't really to use the room upon check-in, I thought that the room should've been ready when I checked in after 3pm.

A bit strange having check in on the 20th floor. Breakfast was slightly odd for a westerner but ok once you'd worked out what to order. Coffee average!

This hotel is located in an area closed to the THSR station, with nearby shopping areas. The room is exceptionally clean, and the amenities are in very good quality. We had about 12 bottles of fresh water, two complete kids amenities set, capsule coffee machine, some tasty savory cookies, and a decent box of incredibly delicious handmade cookies made from their own bakery shop. The swimming pool is like a big fish tank with thick glass walls through which you can see the inside of the swimming pool and the kids are having a lot of fun having photos inside of the swimming pool. The pool turns into a chill bar after 7:00. We hanged out there with our friends since every guest has a free coupon for a liquor or cocktail order. The lounge located in the 19th floor is exceptionally cozy and chill, with wines, beers, coffee, tea, other soft drinks, and tapas/ ice creams/ light foods to go with the beverage. Breakfast is also very impressive. Overall this is a very good experience. Will come back to stay again.
