I usually don't bother giving ratings for the hotels I stay in, but Park Lees is a must. I travel for work often, but this time, I was attending a wedding with my family, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Firstly, I requested a baby bed, but I went into the room and found many more valuable items for babies, such as a baby bathtub and low tools. Secondly, We had to stay in another location for a night before coming back to Park Lees again, and the hotel staff was aware and auto-arranged everything for us; for example, I kept most of our luggage in the hotel and when I did my second check-in, the transition was very smooth, and staff already knew my items was with them. Thirdly, as a bonus for us, for the cost we paid, the room's design was very Chic. The room was spotless and big. Honestly I highly recommend this hotel and I will visit it again if I were to come to this region of Taiwan again.

Everything, the room itself is really nice, blocked out noise and light very well, my husband and I slept really well in a comfy bed. Water bottles and coffee pods are replenished daily if the room is cleaned. The hotel itself is in a really good location, with shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance. We were given two afternoon tea vouchers which we used to invite our guests to enjoy with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I think the cost but I can understand the reason for the cost.

Perfect location near the red line metro and not too far from light rail. Room is very comfortable and luxurious for the price, especially liked having the high ceilings and large window. Hotel provided plenty of water, snacks, coffee machine, and tea kettle. I slept very well.

Kind of minor, but the switches for the lights (turning on and off) could be clearer and easier to use. I had some trouble figuring out how to turn off a light before going to sleep and had to look all over the room a few times trying all the buttons.

Floor-to-ceiling windows of the room is pretty clean and you would not find the water stains. Another one is their place is so close to the MRT Kaohsiung Arena. Another thing makes me impressed is they put salads in a cup, which is solved those who may have personal hygiene concerns probably. The other thing is they offer the discount on the afternoon tea time. You will receive the coupon to pay for it. Absolutely, it is only available until the checkout date.

great location. very close to ruifeng night market. The subway is very easy to access. Only 2 mins away. The room is very comfortable and all the staffs are very welcoming.

The breakfast option was very limited. The space for breakfast is so small that you have to wait in a long line to get in. One day the line was so long that we had to do take out with very small box. That was really frustrating. I will not pay for their breakfast if I stay there again. Get some thing from Starbucks might be easier and cheaper.

Situated a little bit North of the city, but there is a metro station just across the street, 100 mts away. The night market is just a 5-minute walk away and that was a plus for our Friday night stay.

Breakfast was good and service fair. The lobby was a little busy as they have limited space for baggage storage. Overall is was a pleasant experience.

It is very near the MRT. The staff were very attentive. The room is very very comfortable. Contact prior to stay were well and answered.

Their staff were all attentive but they feel unfriendly? Like they don't smile at all and really just provide service. There isn't other facilities too, such as gym or swimming pool. On the last day that I was staying, there was too many people waiting for breakfast that they offered to let us do takeaway in boxes. Its abit odd, but ok....?

Location is perfect, 1 min to MRT By feet, only 2 Stops to THSR Zuoying by MRT. Hotel is close shopping mall, night market. So convenient around Hotel.

It’s a pity, there is no self-laundry at hotel . For people who wanna make laundry, even though there is a self-laundry-shop near hotel. its inconvenient. And Breakfast too less choices.

Suggest to change the direction of how the toilet room open from left to right, the size of toilet just too small, most of important don’t room phone vote the toilet paper, it happened many time that I hit the phone off to the ground.

Great hotel for short stays. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Location is convenient as it is near the metro station and a famous night market.

It’s branded as a 5 star hotel. But it’s definitely not 5 star. It does not have any facilities other than an on-site restaurant. Their is no gym, swimming pool, or lounge. Hence, it does not qualify as a 5 star hotel.
