The staff were so accommodating, they helped me to bring my luggage to my room. They also helped me to call a taxi during checkout.The food is delicious and the place is so elegant.
Only stairs no elevator.Only for back Packers.

There was no hanger to put the towels to dry. There was no soap dispenser to put the soap.

The environment and the room space were ok, and convenient location
We booked the accommodation for a week before and we cancelled the additional bed for an extra charge and emailed to notify the hotel at least 3-4 days before arriving, they replied there wouldn't be an extra charge when we checked in. But they still charged us for the additional bed (the point was we emailed them we cancelled the required ) The worst part was we found if we didn't book the accommodation and if we just direct walk-in then we actually could save the cost at least TWD $1400!!! (we were checked in during the peak time in the mid-autumn public holiday ).

Location good, breakfast easy and complete. Staff friendly and welcom
The room, 207 is very stinky, very heavy small of cigarettes or smell of sewage or bad toilets... all smells mixed Not easy to sleep so the smell is strong I don't know if that was the only room or all other room like this We will avoid this hotel in te future
