Located close to Taichung TRA station, it is easy to get to. Reception is on the first floor above ground (in Australia that's L1, here it's 2F!) so take the stairs, or the lift. The lady that checked me in was excellent, she gave me a map and a few sights to visit. The room had everything I needed and a great view over the canal (there's also one from the bathroom but you may want to close that window blind). The bed was super comfy and I liked the power outlet being close by. The common area next to reception was good to unwind if you needed more space or free coffee. Overall, very happy and would stay again.

Fantastic location really close to the station, right opposite Miyahara dessert shop! The reception gave me a 200 yuan coupon to use there and I had the most fantastic ice cream sundae for breakfast. : ) The bed was also really comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed the very urban view from the huge windows. Lots of light!

The noise proofing isn’t very good as many have mentioned. And some of the surfaces were a bit dirty and banged up. The windows could use a good cleaning and there were some long black hairs on the bathroom floor (I’m blonde).

Check in was smooth and easy, room was superb and comfy. Location was great too, near Taichung Railway Station which was just five minutes away.

The cleaner, I mean we appreciate that the cleaner has done room keeping, however, he or she was quite loud and shocked us from our morning sleep. Wish they could keep it quiet during the next booking.

The hotel's location is really nice, close to the station and some attractions, such as the Miyahara shop. The hotel is really clean and the staff are nice and attentive.

Location was convenient and staff were friendly. There was no breakfast but we understood that. The entire hotel was pretty clean.

The rooms were pretty small and so it was difficult to open big luggages. The false walls will shake whenever another guests leaves their room and the door slams behind them. It's pretty loud since the doors are all so close together.

Very accessible. Allowed storage of luggage at counter before check in. Rather clean. Pantry style for fridge and drinks. With laundry machine and dryer. Sufficient space for price point. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rubber lining of toilet door was a little spoilt upon checking in, causing door to be left ajar when closed.

Detail of services, such as providing a common area for coffee, microwave oven, eating bench. Nearby free parking is also very useful.

Not vegan friendly. No option for providing plant-based breakfast or snacks.

Great location. Loved the views from our window. Had access to a communcal kitchen with fantastic facilities --- microwave, coffeemaker, etc. Clean.

I loved everything!

Room was clean and bright. Easy to reach from the station. The staff and owner were very helpful and let us left our backage over night when we went to Sun Moon Lake
