All the facilities were very good and eye satisfying., he lobby wa very huge and clean. 🥰😍 Outdoor places like the pool🏊‍♂️and the 🌴ambiance , so relaxing 😌

The time slot for the check in and check out, it overlapse all the activities we want to take, like you checked in at 3:00 pm, you do not have any rest because the pool is only at 17:00. In the morning , the activities will open at 9:00, but you will checked out at 11:00 and your Shuttle bus will depart at 11:30, so you only have 2hours to play all the activities.

The hotel is perfect for children with loads of activities to keep them busy throughout the day, as well as during the evenings. A big shout out to the staff at the outdoor and indoor activities, they are super friendly and very helpful, and most could speak English. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but they served the same dishes for three days straight. Not a big issue though but would have preferred a different variety for at least one day. There is a 7/11 onsite for drinks and snacks throughout the day. Overall, we had a good time and would definitely return in the future.

The hotel is pretty far away from town, and parking is limited. If you decide to leave the resort to go look for other dinner options, there is the possibility of struggling to find parking. The dinner buffet is MOSTLY seafood with a few other options but not worth 650NTD per person in my opinion unless you are a seafood fanatic. Unfortunately, 7/11 was our only other dinner option. With so many visitors to the resort and especially on long weekends, I feel that another restaurant on site would not be such a bad idea.

The location is good. its a great escape from the city. the staff are speaking english,they are so helpfull,they are so approachable. outside the hotel is a good jogging/walking spot for an early morning exercise. 7/11 is there.

the breakfast cost a bit so the option is the mini snack area but has less meal menu to order. when it rains, guest will be stuck inside the hotel and some activities at the basement isnt enough to drain those energy. sound proofing of the rooms inst good. you can hear neighbors closing thier doors and kids running in the ceiling. river view of the room isnt good as trees are tall so no luck to get a glimpse of the reservoir/ river- pick the topmost floor for tour bedroom instead

All of the staff is very kind and accomodating the place is good the hotel the room and outdoor and indoor games and the pool we enjoy so much our stay here … even it is far from Taoyuan it is worth it .

Since I paid additional 1000 for each additional person including my 7years old nephew. Maybe in the future the management will consider to except children, at any age, in entrance fee or accommodation fee.

Place and ambiance was good,. The staff are friendly and approachable.

There laser battle, one of the staff told us we're not going to do the activity because the instruction are not translated to english.. we're a bit disappointed but all in all the experience was great.

The hotel really have the fascinating view of the nature .

I dont like about the scheduling of the swimming pool’s usage . It is not really convenient for us who stayed just overnight. We have limited time only, We did not enjoy much because of it . I hope next time the pool will be used like the whole day .

They have lots of activities to do in the hotel. You won't get bored. Such a shame we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The pool looks inviting and nice. The room is clean though and bed/ pillows are ok. Would like to stay in the upper floor next time to compare since we stayed on the ground level but it is quite convenient though we can easily access the indoor and outdoor facilities.

Bathrooms needs to be renovated.

The staff are nice and approachable. Over all I like the view, the place. Our stay is worth it. Highly Recommended Hotel.
