The size of the room was large. It's rare to find such a large hotel room for this rate. The room was very quiet. The bathroom was also super spacious, and the water had great pressure.

The location was disappointing. It's about a 20-minute walk to the station and then a further 15+ minute train to anywhere interesting. There are shops and restaurants around, but the main attractions and the places you actually want to be are hard to reach. The room was slightly damp all the time. The carpet needed a good steam clean. The lift was tiny. The reception staff were miserable. They never said hello when entering the hotel. If they weren't on their phones, they were napping. Check-in and check-out was abrupt. No pleasantries. It was kind of like - OK finished, get lost. Booking airport transfer through Klook is cheaper than the hotel's rate.

I think the location is accessible but towards a quieter area too. Not too far from the busy streets but not too quiet too. Beds and toilets were clean

1. Location. The property is located near to convenience store, laundry shop, train and bus station all within walking distance. 2. Comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, the water heater works perfectly. 3. Amenities. The room have universal socket, don’t even need to have an adapter. They also have hair dryers and other basic showering facilities.

1. The front desk employee are not aware of our staying period. This has caused some confusion between us and they only charged us for one night despite us staying for three nights, we need to ask them to re-check, and after that only they rectify the issue. Hope that proper training can be provided and ensure that employees are aware of continuous stay guest.

I like to walk when discovering cities. As a consequence I am less frustrated by the fact that the closest subway station is 700 meters away. From the hotel, if you are OK to walk up to 3KM, you can access most of the interesting places (I never walked for more than 10-15 minutes to reach the restaurants I wanted to try, but for one next to the Miramar Ferris Wheel). Some sights are a lot closer of course, but some will take you one hour to get there (Taipei 101 for instance). The room was good. Yes, thin walls (as stated by other people), but then why do some people have a need to scream (or speak very loud) in their bedroom? I was on the 7th floor. I never heard the cars from my bedroom, even though I was 25 meters away from the Linsen Overpass.

It is not that I did not like but I think there was no need to change the towel each day.

We could easily take a bus to taipei 101, shilin night market. walking distance fo 10mins to macdonald and there are buses to other places. Zhong Shan train station is nearby. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. They are prompt to my requests.

Thought that there will be jacuzzi as we booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi in the bathroom. But, was then told that the jacuzzi is no longer available. The function is only a normal bath tub. Nevertheless, my children still enjoyed themselves with the bathtub. NO regrets booking this hotel because the staff is really nice.

This is the best money/value we got in Taiwan. I think it’s actually underrated here. Pretty big rooms, comfortable mattresses, nice bathroom. Was very clean. The best thing about it is isolation, although it’s located close to a busy road, you barely hear anything if the window is closed. And it doesn’t hear up quickly if you turn off the air conditioner, so if you don’t like to have it on at night, you can just cool off the room before you go to sleep and then it won’t get too warm.

Ventilation was way too loud, if you’re sensitive, you might have troubles falling asleep first (audible even though earplugs). No laundry service

10minute walks to nearest MRT stations

The room was clean , provided bathroom amenities and worth the price I paid. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the MRT station, making it convenient to get to and from.

I stayed here during the New Year holiday. Unfortunately, the key card for my room had some issues, making it difficult to enter. I had to use a master key instead. The air conditioning in the room was very cold, and despite my efforts to adjust it, nothing changed

The room is quiet and well insulated despite facing the main street. It is clean overall and the staff was helpful for booking taxi. Wifi was good, I could work no problem

The location is not very nice around, not much good options for food or shops and still 10min walk from the metro station. Before coming, I wrote twice to the hotel asking some questions and no answer. Though when I was there, the staff was friendly. The Aircon was not functioning properly, it was too cold (I should have notified the staff though)

Value for money is extraordinary! Comfortable bed, nice design, clean bathroom, towels and amenities included. Staff was always helpful.
