Willingness of bilingual staff to help in all aspects was exemplary, including but not limited to: holding our bags before we checked in and after we checked out; providing us with helpful neighborhood tips; and, constantly asking us if we were ok or if we needed anything else. Quick walk to the Ximen MRT station, with amenities nearby including but not limited to: Ximen Night Market (it's probably the cleanest and the most organized one I've ever seen, which is a double edged sword because I found it to be slightly inauthentic), a plethora of eastern and western dining options (check out the breakfast spot across the street - there's an asian fellow manning the grill and maybe his two daughters(?) running the registers, and they have an English menu, and also check out the noodle shop just a few doors down), a few coin laundry facilities, MULTIPLE convenience stores, etc.

Beds were slightly thin and a bit firm for our preference.

Great location, ~8 min walk from pedestrian area. Friendly and helpful staff, most spoke english pretty well. Free snacks and instant noodles provided.

Booked a "adjoining rooms" but it was not listed as "no window" so that was a bit disappointing. Cleaning staff did not take away dirty cups for some reason.

The hotel is really nice and at a good location. The staff is polite and helpful! They do have a free snack and drink at the lobby which you can get 24/7.

According to the covid policy, they do not have room cleaning during the stay which is understandable.

Room was spacious enough for 3 and the location is perfect as it is 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Ximending shopping district. Love that there is a small pantry area for you to help yourself to a variety of local cup noodles, snacks and beverages.

Great Location, free mini bar and snacks etc, creativity activity for decoration or foot-print. Lastly, staff are friendly.

wifi is not that strong especially at late evening or night time. no gym facility. As Location at 2nd level onwards, need to really search the exactly location carefully.

Good location. Can get drink & snack at lobby area.

The hotel signage not so clear, we took sometimes to reach the hotel. Mattress a bit soft.

The location is very close to ximenting and lots of restaurant around .Waliking distance to MRT and shops.very helpful staffs . Free instance noodle, snacks and drinks even not many choices for coffee maker.

The transparency bathroom and step in room not easy for senior.The bed is too soft.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean, and aesthetically pleasing facilities with free non-alcoholic drinks and snacks to boot! Great location and value. Would return again. 🥰

Only down side was the room being somewhat dark and bed being on the hard side, though these are simply personal preferences.

Perfect location with few minutes walk to Ximen MRT station and shopping district. Room is very clean. Free snacks in lobby are fantastic. Super friendly and helpful staffs. Love this hotel!
