The rooms are big and comfortable with adequate space for casual lounging. The kitchenette and washer/dryer also worked very well and laundry powder is provided too. Housekeeping is not daily but you can request for it before 12pm, they will try to accommodate the timing you are out. Very friendly staff and was a comfortable stay!

The sound insulation to the corridor wasn't great, you could hear conversations and footsteps quite clearly (maybe because we were in a room right next to the lift lobby). The train station were a distance away by foot so not the most convenient if that is your main mode of transport.

Lovely apartment. Fully equipped with everything I needed. Location excellent for sightseeing and shopping. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Nice chill out lounge in the basement of the building with free refreshments and a computer which was helpful to do some research on the location whilst waiting for the room. Close to the 7/11 for milk etc and a very good walking area.

Small outside area / balcony which housed the washing machine and air con unit so not a great view but this did not cause me a problem as I didn't book for the view.

Great for family to stay with washing machine and kitchen, also extra space for a living room . Common area at the B1 level is good for kids to hang around and dinning area when we buy take away food to eat in .

Not sure about the size of bed provided for couples , it is actually too small. My husband’s feet are sticking out of the bed . Pillows are too soft , we have neck pain afterwards . Lighting in the bedroom is too dark , too much buttons to press for lightings .

The Gloria Residence room we had was one of the most well thought out room layouts ever. The "room" was more like 4 distinct spaces plus a giant wardrobe. Each of the spaces had their own sliding doors to partition them off which was exceptionally helpful when I needed privacy for meetings while working there. It had every convenience available in an excellent location in Taipei and the value for money was immense.

The room is spacious and has a washing machine to allow us to clean our clothes. The location is convenient.

The room can be lighter and in the kitchen, it may be nice to have kitchen paper towels, table clothes (or table mats). Small things like this can enhance the staying experience

Staff were wonderful throughout, always helpful. Room was great, facilities were excellent, would happily stay here again and highly recommended. (Also it was my birthday - without asking staff provided a bottle of sparkling wine - very nice surprise).

No actual complaint - however 1 suggestion - grass area next to swimming pool could be used by customers - some seats and umbrella's ?

the layout of the room isn't really family friendly: the table has a single chair, the kitchen has bare minimum cookware, there is no separation between bedroom and kitchen, the light switches are placed unclearly so you end up waking up other family members ..

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room with big sofa. Good layout with well design furniture and fittings.

the washing machine model is not the popular model found in market and only wash and spin dry. however there are adequate hangers to air dry laundry

We all enjoyed our stay at Gloria Residences. The staff were so helpful and always available to assist with any questions. Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The beds were comfortable too. Location was excellent.

Very central in the city, good room very spacious and comfortable with many equipment. You can cook if you like but I didn't use the kitchen area Helpful staff
