The breakfast was served as a set with multiple choices. Everyone was amazed by the options we had. You could also order additional items from other breakfast set if you feel like to. The hotel staffs are friendly, warm, courteous, and with attention to details. The spa facility and the variety of pools are also very attractive facilities to the whole family group.

Our Japanese stype rooms located at the 6th floor. The appliances in the bathroom were slightly worn off, and might need repairment/replacement. A suggestion was made to the staffs and seemed well-received. We look forward to see the improvement next time we visit

The various pools were more beautiful and luxurious than I was expecting, particularly at night with all the candlelights. I thought it was lovely that staff erected a large screen next to the main pool for kids to watch movies in the evening. The Japanese Style rooms were very comfortable, I have never slept in this style of room before. The private spa had a great view.

Breakfast was underwhelming.

I love hotel design and atmosphere

already second time live in this hotel and second time our room not super clean , first time was super dusty under bed and this time I saw some dust on surfaces and hair from previous guest 😖 breakfast not tasty at all , I ordered toast with smoked salmon and avocado but I barely could eat it 😢 also a big question why in hotel don’t have normal coffee ( coffee quality super poor), also no latte on breakfast , waiter offered me mix coffee and milk together 😖

Loved having the ability to have hot spring water in the bedroom to enjoy in private.

The breakfast was average. Three options - none of them tasty. All very unhealthy. I expected a buffet so I could select my own healthy breakfast. I probably won’t stay there again for this reason and will opt for somewhere with more options. Also need to try and separate couples from families. I had children yelling in the corridors every morning waking us up!

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing get away weekend or short stay. The hot and cold springs area is clean and comfortable with many chairs and sun beds to spend time and relax between the use of the pool and springs. The staff is very friendly and speaks really good english. Also the food was excellent. One evening we had the a la cart set menu and while looking at the menu there was nothing suitable for vegetarians, so I asked for vegetarian set and I not only good delicious food it was a great set for vegetarians. The room was spacious with hot and cold spring baths and came with a free bottle of water, a coffee machine and some snacks.

The only negative point is that we were not able to book a massage while in the hotel. There were not many hotel guests around, so we were a bit confused why we were not able to book a massage.

Pretty design, with the best hotspring pool area to relax in. Loved our DIY workshop and the food and fireworks were good too. Immaculately clean.

I didn’t love the breakfast options, and would have liked to have robes provided in the room.

The water facilities with hot and cold pools both in the room and in the common area are amazing and apparently the highlight of this hotel. Everything is clean and very well maintained.

The atmosphere inside the resort is great, but the location is a bit odd for a place like this and if you look through the windows there are a lot of old, run down buildings. The surroundings are rather grey and dull.

Great facilities, helpful staff, very clean and beautiful hotel. The Spa and hot/cold springs are fantastic.

Vegetarian option for breakfast would be nice.

It’s rare to have both cold and hot springs. Soaking yourself in cold spring after hot spring is an invigorating experience. You could literally feel your skin tightened up. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

The room was a little small and the carpet was little old and had many stains.

Great location to chill out and enjoy the pool ans the various jacuzzis, steam baths and saunas. Good breakfast. Nice hiking trail very close to the resort.

Dinner selection is a bit limited, but wine list is of good quality.
