This is my second time to stay over. The rooms are exsiqsite as i remember them. Mine was cleaned on a daily basis. I always welcome the free coffee/tea bar that is in the room. It's a nice touch. The bathroom is modern with a very good powerful shower head. I love this place for its location. It is in walking distances to almost everything that is there to be seen in Dodoma. The other aspect that they get right is the brilliant breakfast. So much choice. And most of it is tasty!

I would have given it a ten had the building work in the room above me not bothered me. i am afraid it did. And the roof top swimming pool too was undergoing some bit of refurbishment - so it was out of use. A shame really.

The room was really nice. Bed very comfortable. And the water and tea/coffee station was really generous. The breakfast was brilliant. SO many breakfast options which are varied morning to morning. I most loved the customer care. Thank you to the receptionists, the morning breakfast girls and boys and the cleaner on my 8th floor - Sofia i believe she is called. A lovely person. The top terrace swimming pool with extraordinary views of Dodoma is an amazing amenity. And the hotel is in the middle of the city. Walking distance to everything including the Gaddafi mosque and Nyerere statue. I shall definitely use the hotel again.

Nothing to complain about

This is the best hotel in Dodoma and is the hotel the city has been crying out for, for many years. Staff and facilities are great and the hotel has a rooftop bar and pool with panoramic views, and there are two more additional places to eat in the hotel, a coffeshop area at Reception and a restaurant on the first (Mezzanine) floor.

The hotel is still having a few teething issues due to being so new, but these are relatively minor and will likely work themselves out once staff have more experience, and they are not much to worry about. An example might be you order a drink which is out of stock so instead of explaining to you the drink is out of stock and offer an alternative, you may find staff try and source it from elsewhere which could take 30 mins, rather than communicate and tell you the drink is out of stock, then let you take the choice to order an alternative product.

I LOVED this hotel. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and elegant! What a perfect place to stay. The rooms are large with enough space to work comfortably. The facilities are also great - the rooftop pool being a highlight! The breakfast is also really good and there is a wide selection. The wifi was generally good and I was able to get my work done. I will certainly be staying here again whenever I am in Dodoma.

With it being a new hotel, sometimes communication wasn’t always 100% (eg pool opening hours, gym times, things like that). But everyone was super friendly and this certainly doesn’t take away from my 10/10 rating!

This hotel was conveniently located to where we needed to be as we were having an overnight stop on our overland camping drive and wanted accomodation near where we were heading. The person in reception was most welcoming and gave us an upgrade which was great, Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Had dinner on their rooftop bar overlooking the city which was a nice bonus to our stay. Breakfast good. All staff were excellent .

Excellent Hotel, great meals, comfy beds, large smart TV and the location was great in all aspects ! I will recommend to colleagues visiting Dodoma.

Few times I noticed a smell coming from the sewage pipes system along the Hotel’s reinforced concrete column walls in the washroom area. This usually happened in the morning hours when people in higher floors were busy. I believe this could be improved.

Location in city centre with free parking, airconditioning, fast internet, nice lobby area with bar and food, nice rooms, smart-tv with netflix and many international channels. Great breakfast!

Food and service in the rooftop bar was below standards. Not enough closet space in the room for 2 persons. Fitness area not available due to construction, pool underwhelming and no area to lie down.

Great for a 3 night work trip. Close to the airport and the food was good. Comfortable rooms, good hot water and helpful reception.

The reception forgot to tell their driver I had requested an airport drop off which was a bit of a panic on leaving, but they were very apologetic and it was all fine in the end.

The food was excellent. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful and polite. The hotel is in town but very quiet. The internet was superb! I was able to connect all my three gadgets and communication with my family was uninterrupted. The airport was just 5 minutes away.

Great location, lovely rooms and restaurant. But it was the staff that were stand out for me! Smiles Avery time I saw them. Special mentions to Rose, Sara and prince who were great! Checkin and check out was easy and the reception team were awesome. Will definitely be back.
