Beautiful boutique hotel with astonishing garden/pool area … which you have almost to yourself because it only has a few rooms. There’s direct access to the white sand beach/turquoise water and barely any tourists (which makes amazing photos) We had an amazing time with our little son (2yo). The staff (especially Alfa, Grace and Obari) was very friendly, being extra kind to our little one. And the food: absolutely delicious. The breakfast is à la carte and all of the options are very tasty. Lunch/dinner menu is equally delicious. Everything is made fresh (sometimes may take time, which did not bother us at all) and if you have special requests they always try to cater to them. They even make their own ice cream and bread. We had very relaxing days and would definitely come back!

It is a beautiful property, with well thought out touches that made you feel like the hotel was exclusively your own. The family room had a sea view and took up the whole top balcony. The staff and team behind the scenes were all so friendly and wonderful with their care and coordination of activities for us. Loved the resident dogs too!

The additional bed in the family room was a little narrow and likely more suitable for a smaller child. The round mosquite net with a small ring at the top makes it hard to sleep under the net and not get tangled in it over the course of a night's sleep.

Uzuri is in one word amazing. Its location is very good. Directly at the beach. The house itself has a lot of character. Beautiful garden; nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staf. Great breakfast and very good food. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Uzuri. Thanks Elga for having us; and thanks to your staf.

The only thing we can think of is the shower; at times a very low water pressure. But no big deal for us.

The staff were lovely and always helpful. It was nice having a couple of dogs around that didn't mind a pat. The owner was very welcoming and the aesthetic is amazing. The beach has very few hawkers unlike elsewhere on the island and you can go for a walk without being bothered which is nice. For the kiters there is a kite school with kite hire 2 minutes walk away. The area is very quiet and the fact that there are only a few rooms means you seem to have the place to yourself most of the time. Would definitely return.

The wifi when working is good but the system is a bit annoying, you need to continually get codes.

great quiet boutique hotel with very nice staff and great location. The tide on the beach was no problems at all as we enjoyed a walk to the blue water in about 20min at low tide, and could swim easily when high. Prices were very good and the hotel offers great value for money, charm and a nice homey atmosphere that we loved. we had an incredible stay, were able to fully relax and recharge and were pleased by the full team - in particular Happy always doing her best to make our stay magical! Recommend 100%.

Everything was good but would have been nice to have some rotation on the menu as we were staying for a week (:

It was a wonderful stay at an beautiful small boutique hotel. Elga and the whole Team were simply amazing. Located literally on the beach the most difficult question was rather to enjoy the pool or the beach. The Team around the kitchen were super friendly and provided always delicious food. As well we can highly recommend the cooking class with the Team, simply fun and a good activity to learn more about local food.

Uzuri is little heaven on earth you will feel like home we really loved our stay in this hotel the room is beautiful really well decorated the staff is amazing always smiling Olga,Happy, Jacqueline,Grace and the all the staff are always smiling and welcoming. we felt at home. the food is really good,Liliane is the best Massage Lady the swimming pool always clean and nice with sand around just by the beach do not hesitate to stay there! we can’t wait to go Back! thanks you again to everybody we miss you Romane and Chloé

Beautiful and small hotel right by the beach and near the village. Amazing host and staff! We felt like living with friends. The room was lovely, big, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and super clean. We also liked the delicious breakfast and the food in general. Absolutely brilliant stay! Thank you Elga, Calista, Jessica, Cecilia and all the other beautiful people for looking after us so well. We had a superb stay at Uzuri villa!!! :-) <3

The place was amazing, lots of greenery from the beach side and a beautiful garden from the other. The pool was very nicely constructed and clean. The staff was nice!

I didn't really mind that myself but it crossed my mind that it might not be the best choice if you feel uncomfortable with dogs- there are 2 of them walking freely everywhere

You couldn't ask for better hospitality, the staff members are really doing their best. The breakfasts and dinner were amazing, cocktails were delicious and well done.

The room could have been cleaner. Sometimes we could smell some cat urine since they roam around the villa. We've even found some spiders and a cockroach in our bathroom. It's unfortunate because the rooms are really amazing, well designed and cosy.
