If you are looking for a five star hotel with all the bells and whistles, this property is not for you. What this resort does offer is - clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and kind staff, quiet surrounds and very close to a beautiful beach. You have everything you need for a relaxing holiday here, this was my second visit and I cannot wait to return. A special mention to the breakfast and pool bar staff - you ladies are fantastic and thank you for always looking after us during our stay. You can hire scooters and bicycles direct from the hotel for the same price as places in central Khao Lak. The shuttle does runs into town and the market from late afternoon to early evening, which is great. There is a small convenience store and a couple of good restaurants close by. The convenience store offers airport transfers and local taxi, we used these guys everyday to travel around during our stay and would highly recommend using them. Great family and very kind.

Food options at the restaurant and breakfast weren’t great. We opted to eat elsewhere or just have a simple egg breakfast with coffee before heading out for the day. The grounds and pool areas need some love, everything is quite run down. But - that did not phase us as we were always comfortable, clean and safe. The pool is only open from 9am-7pm, it would be much better if it was open longer (eg. 9am-10pm at least). I do not think that keeping the pool open longer would disturb guests, as long as children are supervised. Thank you to everyone who made our stay great!

Great hotel in beautiful location. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. The room was great and very clean. The breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit and Thai dishes. The location was a little further away from Khao Lak center than expected but we had the whole beach to ourselves most days. It’s easy to get to the center or Ban Niang market by tuk tuk.

Great location opposite the beach. I got my room at an excellent low rate. Large room with huge bathroom including shower and a separate bathtub with view. I enjoyed the big balcony facing the pool. Charming feel and the beach bag, beach towels and sandals provided were a nice touch. There are massage cabanas in the garden. There are two good restaurants next door as well as a mini mart. Will definitely return.

This is a wonderful, smaller hotel with a lovely character. The staff was super friendly, good breakfast, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Rather than the typical chain hotels, this one has a bit more character. Our 5-year-old son loved the cats and resident dog on the property, as well as the presence of a few beach balls at the pool. The hotel and beach were rather quiet despite it being peak season in mid-December. The location is beautiful but a bit off the beaten track. But there is everything you need right next door: ATM, restaurant, massages, taxi, laundry, minimart.

Because the hotel is not near the main road or central Khao Lak, you need transportation to get around. Scooters or bikes are a great option. Traveling with a child meant we had to take a taxi to Coconut beach (500 baht round trip), Pak Weep beach (700 baht round trip) and Bang Niang market (300 one way). All of this was fine and super easy. The hotel also offers a shuttle to Bang Niang market at 50 baht per person. We liked the location and the local beach, but it’s something to keep in mind when you stay here.

The hotel is in a lovely quiet location next to a lovely beach. The pool area is good. The staff at the hotel are so nice and friendly, they really helped to make the holiday great. It was our first time to Thailand and I’ve never met happier people than Thai people. Food was good at the hotel and better than anywhere else we ate. The prices were good for a hotel too, not really higher than places in town. The rooms are spacious and bathroom nice and clean. It is an excellent value for money hotel.

The bed was a bit hard for me but I like a soft bed. My only gripe is that smoking is allowed around the pool. Horrible. Thankfully not too many people did smoke around the pool.

The hotel is located on the beach \ short walk across a road (100m). The room was spacious and clean. For longer stying guest a place for putting clothes and other items would have been nice (suggestion is a shelving unit in the closet). The breakfast was excellent as it had a mix of Thai (this was different everyday and had variety) and western (this was basically the same each day). There is a man making you eggs in the morning \ he was quite popular. The pool was clean and relaxing. It had a pool bar that served drinks and food. Also on premise was the massage tents and the people that worked here were excellent. Costed the same price as outside the hotel. In the morning they had Andy who gave an hour yoga class by the pool, which was a great way to start your day. As a family we really enjoyed our stay.

One issue we had was that the Wifi in the rooms was not the best. However around the hotel it was fine. Depending on your room our bed was a bit too soft. I prefer a firmer bed. there are a few restaurants nearby but for this hotel it would be ideal to rent a motorbike or a car if you want to see a few things around the area or try different restaurants.

Location is right across the street from the beach. We often felt like it was a private beach for us! Breakfast buffet was varied, lots of options for savory palates like me, plus lots of fresh fruit (super appreciated that they had covers for the fruit unlike many buffets we saw with fruit flies!) they also have a station where you can have your eggs cooked the way you want. Large rooms (we had a 2 bedroom family suite) with tub and shower. Good strong AC. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout the whole stay! They have a relatively cheap shuttle bus that can drop you in town for the street market.

property is a bit outdated but overall, felt clean.

Quiet, beach front location. Very large 2 bedroom room. Beach views from our room. Couple of restaurants in walking distance. Huge pool with swim up bar. Lovely massage on site. Friendly staff. Well manicured gardens. Best khao pad seafood my husband had all trip from the on site restaurant. Resort and rooms felt more authentically Thai than another resort we stayed at in the area. Very relaxing stay!

Slightly run down in parts. Limited options for fussy kids at breakfast. But this could be easily solved with a jar of peanut butter or nutella for on toast.

I liked the following the size of the room was large, the room had comfortable bedding, good air conditioning and Internet, a wonderful swimming pool, easy access to an uncrowded beach and friendly staff. We had to depart at 5:30 am and they provided food in bags for us. I recommend this resort for a quiet and relaxing trip.

The location has only a few restaurants nearby that one could walk to. Breakfast buffet should have a coffee machine where one can make a variety of coffee drinks.

Pool, swim up bar, beach, room was very large, room service was excellent, was beautiful, restaurant was just ok. We mostly ate at the one down the road. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful building.

Library! Only 3 books in English! ( it’s ok, not your fault) No soap in the bathroom, asked for some, but they looked at me like I was crazy. We had to go buy our own. Only had shower gel which we kept in the shower.
