The location was just right for my needs, its not central but I needed to stay in this area, the staff were friendly and polite, the mini bar was well stocked for those that need it, with daily housekeeping to restock. The room was clean, large and quiet, a balcony overlooks the street, but it is not overly loud and in the evening is very quiet.

Location is amazing. Really good for a cheap stay to store bags, sleep and leave for the day. 7-11 close by which was handy. Massage shops all around which was great. Looked more like a local area not much tourism which was awesome when heading home after a night out.

Didn't dislike many things at all just is a really good value for money hotel if looking for a cheaper option.

Location is not very central but it's a local neighbourhood with everything you need - 7-11, local bar and a choice of street restaurants are 3 minutes walk. Cheap money exchange and a shopping street with food and clothes market and more restaurants and a craft beer place are 15 minutes walk. The room is a reasonable size though you may not want to stay in it for long. The place is quiet, like an apartment block. People mostly keep themselves to themselves. Desk staff are accommodating and there are a few things that you would expect a hotel to rip you off for, which they don't here. There are washing machines for you to use. Only 3 for the whole block, but they didn't seem to be busy. I was supposed to spend a few days but some work arrived and I ended up spending more than a week there. If I'd have known I would have asked for the weekly rate. I wished I was in a different place, but at least it was a good quiet place to get work done without worrying about anything.

The window looks out on the neighbouring building's window less than 5m away, so it's a bit of a depressing view and if you want any privacy, you need to close the curtains. Nothing to cook with except for a kettle, but I guess that's not unusual for a 'hotel'. Some kind of Inspector Gadget cockroach in the first room, they changed me to another room with no insects, but one appeared a few days in. I don't think they can really stop them, as the ceilings are suspended ceilings. Generally the place feels like it's not built for living in, especially as a hotel but I can't put my finger on why not. I get the impression some people are living there full time.

AC unit was working properly, room was kinda spacious. Bed was comfy too.

Little cockroaches inside the room were nasty as hell. During the day you might not see it, but when night arrives they crawl out of their little holes. I even had one in my fridge, so there was this constant feeling of dirtiness there. Also found last visitors hair in my bed linen and shower had some dodgy looking wires hanging out of the water heater. Me and my friend had two rooms in two different floors, both had little cockroaches in them.

The room was large.

Outdated and uncomfy. There was a balcony and a lot of windows but they looked directly into a family's apartment a few feet away so opening the curtains wasn't really an option for either party's privacy. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom shower leaked into the bathroom creating large puddles where the drain was sealed off for some reason. Minibar and snacks were provided without prices so consume at your own risk of being charged on checkout. The location is fairly far from the city without public transportation close by so you need to use a taxi or ride service to embark for the day.
