I found all the staff very helpful when I had a problem, and were always pleasant throughout my stay of 15 days of which was exceptional value for money. Even if an older hotel it was clean and comfortable. As a bonus I had a large living room as well as a separate bedroom!

i found the location was perfect for what we needed, close enough to the train line, shopping down stairs and a good location for food and drinks. Breakfast was good with a good choice but would like to see more westerner style breakfast, bacon eggs, baked beans etc.. rather than the full rice, stir fry et...

as mentioned the breakfast could be more westerner, the front door and entrance was very inconvenient, especially with having to walk up and down stairs then have to catch an elevator to the lobby, just wasnt appealling at all.

* Check in and out was very smooth. The staff was also very helpful with any questions or requests I had. * The room was a bit outdated, but very large and perfectly filled my expectations and beyond. * Breakfast was quite good, and had an exeptional view from the restaurant. * Large market right outside and around the entrance to the hotel * Walking distance to everything you need, including very large shopping malls and smaller convenient shops

The AC's should have maintenance. Cleaning of filters would do wonders for the efficiency of the AC. There should be more hotel information in the hotel folder, like which things you can find, and which floors (Coffee shops, Swimming pool, gym, restaurant etc) Also information about the balcony being locked, but by signing a waiver, they will unlock it for you. To get this information in beforehand, or while checking in (without asking), would be a great bonus.

Room is spacious Pool is great TV is not working but we don't use as we are coming for family gathering. Overall we had quite fun time and my 7 years old daughter did not want to go out because she loves the hotel very much. For me (shopperholic) which is a quite sad cause she didn't let us go out.

Need to do more cleaning. One of the receptionists is not friendly. We checked in with lots of luggages and carries at around 3pm and the room is still not ready. When we asked she didn't patient at all.

The location is excellent very friendly and polite staff rooms are clean

Very small small things can make this hotel excellent like the clothes hanging nob on the bathroom door was broken. Secondly the window frame of the bathroom was broken. The wash basin was very slow in draining out the water.the balcony could be painted a little from inside.

The location was great and it's right smack in the central near the famous Petchaburi road. Getting from Suvarnabhuni Airport is simple using the Airport Link railway system exit at Ratchaprarop Station which saves you tons of time and money... as compared to taxi or bus service.

There's nothing to dislike about Thailand.

I like the room, the bedrooms make me feel comfort, location is easy to find, to rest. Especially, it's middle of the city and market around there. I wish the hotel will provide breakfast again very soon. Because I always to go Thailand every 3 months if no Covid cases.

Noisy from another passengers. Some of equipment are old. They are still work but very old. Example: Television, Bathtub, Window, Elevators.

Best location for shopping. Near everything and it was fun when we were there because it's Songkran and we've experienced all the action. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. Definitely value for money. We will gladly book Baiyoke Suite Hotel again.

Staff are very approachable and friendly. Good security measures put in place so no outsider comes over easily. Very convenient location
