The location was great, the staff were so lovely and accommodating. They really made us feel welcome! I also really enjoyed the pool on the rooftop and somewhere to go and chill out

The only negative thing about this stay was the air con! It did the job so no complaints there, however it was way too loud. You have to use ear plugs so it’s at a level where it’s ok to sleep.

I loved the design of the room and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is great - a little away from all the Kau San Rd noise but still close enough to walk there. Lots of restaurants with vegetarian options nearby . The bed is really comfortable and there are pillows with various thicknesses to choose from. I also liked having an elevator when coming home after a long day walking around and not having to walk up stairs . The hotel is well maintained and a massage studio right at the entrance with properly trained staff.

I would like to see a refill station for water bottles rather then getting new ones every day and producing all the single use plastic rubbish. I have seen this done in other hotels and it’s a great advertising point to be more environmentally friendly .

Big, cool, quiet rooms, 200 m from Khaosan Road. pool on roof, & nice street market - food and clothing on front door- less touristy than the big strip. FAB STAFF. 😍

We couldn’t stay longer ;) it’s awesome.

Nicely furnished room with fridge, TV and everything you need. I booked the hotel as it is right around the corner from my favourite street. Considering how close to everything it is the room was reasonably quiet. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The upstairs roof top terrace is a lovely place to hang out.

Our shower didn't work properly and our taps were dripping. We only stayed two nights so we didn't bother complaining as it was fine. They are doing renovation works around the floor on the rooftop / pool area which can be a bit noisy, so this would have been nice to know in advance. However, I appreciate hotels making improvements. If they fix the aircon (it can get super noisy) and the faulty pluming I'd definitely come back.

Staff were lovely, hotel also has a link with the massage place downstairs which is a good one too - and there's a discount for hotel guests. Shower was good, hot water no problem, bed was comfortable, room was a good size.

Air con made the room 'hum' after a few minutes of being on. It seemed to vibrate through the wall and that made a sort of dull hum that they use for low level interrogations in the more questionable security forces around the world. A change of room was difficult for my dates as they had a big group coming in the next day.

Really big room, not brand new furniture, but you dont need it anyway. Big enough wardrobe, really big bathroom as well. Location is amazing on walking distance from the Palace, the river and everything that is worth visiting in Thailand. Our whole day of sightseeing and walking we went back to the hotel by foot basically. Just the street beside the hotel is really lively one full of tourists at night, lots of restaurants, bars and street food, with this you dont need any other market or shopping street in the evenings, you have it all there. Just when you get outside the hotel you have really good massage studio with good hygiene there, always occupied with customers. The staff was also quite supportive and nice, friendly, booked us a taxi for a good price (500 baht) to BKK airport upon check-out.

For us, the location couldn't have been better. It's a minute or two to Khao San road and a short walk to the river and ferries. A perfect location for exploring a lively part of Bangkok. The rooms, we stopped twice, were well equipped and well maintained. We loved the pool which again is really well maintained and perfect if you want a chilled start to your day.

Depending on where your room is located then you may experience some noise. We were first in a room near the back of the hotel and did pick up some noise from Khao San Road. Our final stay we were at the front and again you will hear some noise. We expected this, we had earplugs although I didn't need mine and if I stopped in the area again this hotel would definitely be at the top of the list.

Location is superb. Local street food night market few steps away. Lots of bars/restaurants nearby and easy to get around Bangkok from there. Nice small pool area (closes unfortunately at 8pm) and also outside area on the rooftop where you can sit and chill with beer from 7eleven which is across the street. Room was clean and they do clean every day if you need. There are very good massages right in the hotel. Staff very helpful. I would stay again while in Bangkok.

Noisy A/C We were located in the room facing street and it can be bit noisy sometimes, but nothing terrible.

The location was great and near the Khao San Road area. The room was even nicer than we thought it would be. Warmly lit with nice sandy rendered walls and boutique shower area. We were able to walk to a nearby local breakfast restaurant which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and gave us some good advice for massage and also kept our bags safe for when we went away and returned to collect at a later date. Also, the swimming pool at the top was very refreshing.

Really is a wonderful hotel. I guess at the top the pool area could do with a repaint on some of the walls but it was still very nice up there. Love this place.

This was our first accommodation in Bangkok after a 12 hour travel and we really liked the location for some easy first days in the city. The hotel is really close to Khaosan Road and Rambuttri Alley where we found a lot of nice restaurant and bars. the location was also perfect to take a boat on Chao Phraya river to get to the palace, wat pho or wat arun. Our room was really spacious and the bed was also comfy. Overall, we really liked it here and would recommend it to anybody who is looking for an accommodation with a good location in Bangkok.

During nighttime it was a bit noisy from time to time. aircondition is quite loud when switched on which disturbed me at night. Therefore, we switched it off before going to bed and tried to cool down the room 1hr before sleeping. worked well for us :)
