Great location. Excellent street food, massage and night life just around the corner from the hotel but far enough away to not hear the noise when sleeping. Pool was nice as well. Hotel just a short walk to the ferry pier where you can grab the hop on hop off boat to see all the attractions.

Air conditioner in the room was pretty noisy so hard to sleep at times. Also there is limited shaded areas around the pool. Would be great to put more umbrellas up so that folks could lounge more

The location was great, the staff were so lovely and accommodating. They really made us feel welcome! I also really enjoyed the pool on the rooftop and somewhere to go and chill out

The only negative thing about this stay was the air con! It did the job so no complaints there, however it was way too loud. You have to use ear plugs so it’s at a level where it’s ok to sleep.

The location was good. Whilst it is near to busy Khao San Road, the hotel isn't affected by the noise. I was nervous of being near Khao San Road as it isn't for me, but there are loads of nearby streets that are much 'calmer' and really nice and just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The only downside is that the area isn't well connected to the BTS and MRT. The rooftop pool was nice, and the rooftop area had good views (but felt a little unloved), e.g. all the cushions were put away and not accessible). There is a 7-11 store across the road.

The room air conditioning is quite noisy. Some of the woodwork in the hotel, including a balconette on our full length bedroom window, and around the rooftop have decayed and some removed. I think that could be a safety issue. The rooftop area has great views but you cannot go up after 8pm or 9pm (it would have been nice to stay sat up there).

- Huge room - Cosy cosy beds - Great showers - Arab style building was very cool - Beyond spotlessly clean - Very cheerful staff - Nicely located in proximity to Khaoson but not in a noisy spot

- AC was crazily strong and a little hard to manage - How spotlessly clean the room was led to a slight bleach smell in the room at all times - Facilities are kinda scarce bar the pool and very minimal lobby. Pool could have its potential better fulfilled by having a bar / staff on-hand on the roof. Somewhat feels like you’re just renting the room more than staying in a hotel despite the room being really perfect.

The lights in the room could be a little brighter. We left a small towel that was a little dirty. On returning in the evening, there was a letter that we had to either have it cleaned or we‘d be charged 240 baht. We then had it washed and there was absolutely no problem to get it clean again! I did not like this episode as half my life I spend in hotels and never before I experienced anything like it. Apart from that, the staff was very friendly

It's a Boutique hotel where the staff pays attention to the customers. The proximity to most of the major attractions and the Spa on the ground floor is the cherry on top. The staff were honest and reliable. Although the hotel is located close to Khao San, we slept like babies and couldn't hear the noise coming from the busy streets and neighboring establishments. And 7Eleven is situated across the street for a quick snack etc. I highly recommend this hotel. I'm so glad I stayed here and chose not to go to Downtown.

Nothing that I can think off

Exceptional staff, very helpful and friendly. An interesting ambience, the furniture and elements in a retro design, the rooms look a bit as though they are in stone caves and are situated around an inner court. I loved the basin in the bathroom. The location in Khao San is perfect for exploring.

The rooms were a bit dark for my personal taste; both because there was not much natural light but also because the lights in them were there to complete the design, more like mood lights and not very strong. I imagine this ensures the rooms are cooler also in the hotter seasons (on top of the AC).

Located just off Khao San Road so you do get noise at night. We were getting the Boonsiri Ferry the next day and this hotel is right next door to the bus office so it couldn’t have been more perfect for that location. For the money paid the room was great value but there is no breakfast here. There was a balcony but the doors were sealed shut which was a shame The pool on the roof looked nice with lots of seating area too.

It was still noisy even though it’s set off the street a little and no breakfasts here which we like to start our day off

I think it was the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed!!! The facilities, the staff, the room, the rooftop, the location, everything is wonderful!!!! I was finishing my trip and decided to spent 2 days just relaxing and it was the perfect choice! I truly recommend this hotel 🩵

It’s not a complaint, but the swimming pool water was weird! It tastes salty but it seems to have a lot of chemicals, I don’t know. It burned my eyes more than any other pool I ever had before.. and I saw a couple complaining about the same. This obviously didn't stop me from using it, but it was very strange.

Excellent and great value for money hotel within close proximity to Koh San Road. Spacious and clean room. Toiletries provided, hair dryer in room (although I didn't find it much good), Fridge and Kettle (with plenty of tea/coffee/sugar/,milk provided). Bottled water provided in room each day, and the staff on reception even handed us some more FOC when we asked for a couple of bottles as we were checking out. No issues with the comfiness of the beds like I have seen in some other reviews, nor were we disturbed by any noise for Koh San Road and the surrounding area. Quick check in, and staff were always on hand to assist with any queries. Good quality air-con which was very much needed! Added bonus of a rooftop pool and seating area which was great for relaxing after a long day sight-seeing. Hotel is also ideally situated for exploring other areas in Bangkok with plenty of taxi's available just a short stroll from the hotel. Already looking to book again for our stay next year.

Probably could benefit from a bar on the roof top, but doesn’t detract from the quality of the hotel as there's a 7/11 almost opposite to the hotel where you can buy beers from, and take up to the roof top.
