Location was good, near to Siam Square, BTS stop and Siam Square canal transport stop. The room was comfortable and clean with a good shower. There was a good selection for breakfast.

Some areas of the hotel are a bit tired but that's not a problem.

The stay at the hotel was really great. The location is excellent, just off the main street with close walking distance to MBK Mall, train station , 7-11 supermarket, and many outdoor and indoor restaurants. The staff are friendly, efficient and very accommodating. They went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. The room was cleaned timeously everyday. We had an issue with a fused bathroom light and this was fixed and resolved ASAP. We arrived very early on the day we checked in and they gladly kept our luggage safe until check-in time, while we went out. Same on the day of departure. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a great value for money. First of all, the location is amazing. It's close to the river, from where you can get to the center by boat, there's also metro and BTS sky train station, and the area around the hotel is an attraction itself - there are street foods stands all around and big shopping malls. Our room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was amazing (with Asian, European and American options), and the pool area was clean and not crowded. Finally, we were ale to leave our luggage for storage for 2 weeks (we were staying at this hotel 4 nights at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end, and we were travelling only with light backpack in the meantime). I'd definitely would stay there again.

They upgraded us to a 2-room suite, staff was accommodating, and the apartment was very well equipped. BKF was delicious, but not many choices suitable for Muslims.

The issue that I paid in advance for a taxi from the hotel to the airport and I received multiple confirmations that a mini bus would be waiting for me at 4 am as agreed. However there was no vehicle and hotel staff on duty seemed helpless to resolve the situation. I had quickly used Grab to book two cars for my family and the hotel refunded my payment.

Very good location We booked superior room- got 2 very comfortable double beds (2 people), breakfast was good- lucky we like thai food cause it mostly what they serve. Shower is big. stuff is very nice & helpfull Very close to BTS 7/11 just 1 min from the lobby We will definitely consider going back there if the price is good

No closet, or a shelf or drowrs to unpack in the room, just 6 hangers. Only 1 chair to sit , 1 sofa-chair that you cannot eat on. No full body mirror Wifi is very not strong Not enough electric outlets

Excellent hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Sam the porter was particularly helpful. We used this hotel as a base to explore Thailand, staying several times over the period of a month. The hotel looked after our bags while we were travelling and staying in other parts of the country. They took exceptionally good care of them, and brought them to our room each time we checked in. We really loved the breakfast and the overall friendly vibe of the hotel. It is super convenient to get to, being at Ratchthewi BTS station, which is one stop from Siam (Center) and also just one stop from Phaya Thai (terminal station for the airport rail link). There is also nice coffee shops and a cat cafe (Caturday) within short walking distance. This was absolutely perfect for our needs.

The hotel was a very short walk to the BTS Ratchatewi station. The massage place just outside the hotel was excellent and super cheap at 200baht an hour. We got our breakfast from 7eleven and Casa Lapin every morning and it was just downstairs. The room we got was very spacious (2 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) plus we had a small terrace overlooking the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The fixtures in the room were a little worn. The mattresses were a little soft so a bigger sized person might find them less than comfortable. We had to activate a bit of brain work to figure out how to use the microwave since there were no instructions to be found.
