Accomadation was amazing. Stayed in an apartment room. Loved the fact that the room had air-con, a balcony, bed is super comfortable. The restaurant breakfast buffet really good but the lunch and dinner menu portion could have been better by better I mean more Portions.

I didn't like the fact that the time I was there the swimming pool is under renovation so that was not fun as in Thailand it's always hot. Gym facility simple but small room. The shower was a bit to small for a big man like myself to close the door while showering.

Location - very close to On Nut BTS station. It’s a 5 - 7 mins walk (depending your pace) to the station. The hotel is situated in quiet neighborhood which guarantees a good night sleep. Amenities- We had everything in the room including sleepers. Shower had a nice hot water flowing anytime of the day. Bed was a little too soft for our liking but nothing too drastic to disturb our sleep. The room was spacious enough for our luggage. Staff - they were very friendly and always trying to help you. Check in was done in like 5 mins. Breakfast - it was ok. Nothing very fancy but for us it was enough.

If I’ve to be very picky then I might add that the furniture looks a bit dated and can do with some improvements.

Its a nice hotel a little far off from the main sukhumvit area but is well connected to daily essential and food courts. Burger king pizza hut mcd everyhing is in close proximity. Even the BTS ON NUT is just a 5 min walk. The only downer is that the hotel does not have that vibe which you gett in other hotel around JW, nana plaza or so on. Otherwise a nice and cordial staff and a great place to stay.

The place looks a little archaic and does not have vibrant atmosphere like other hotels in bkk. Although the room are comfy bathroom could have been bigger. And nit too many storage space around the bed

The hotel was in a very clean neighborhood. Breakfast had a lot of variety and quite cheap for what you get. Staff were very friendly. We were on a rugby tournament and all our needs were attended to , even though it was at unreasonable times sometimes, e.g asking for plates and cutlery at 2am. After the first night the made sure to leave clean plates, bowls and cutlery in the room everyday when they came in to clean.

Honestly, there isn’t anything i could really complain about. Next time though, the hotel should let guests know that the pool is under renovations as that is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We were only informed upon arrival . It would've been nice to have been informed while we were booking.

Breakfast is very good just need to add a little more movie on TV .

comfiest beds ever, so plush.. friendly and kind staff, always smiling. microwave & toiletries etc provided, laundromat across the road. I stayed here a couple of times during transit to other places. they let me store my luggage for free.

room cleaning was very slow, didn’t have it at all in our stay as by the time they could reach my room it was time for my baby to sleep. they kindly offered water/toilet paper atleast’ the fridge in both rooms I stayed in was not cold at all and my food went off. I stayed here for the airport, everything’s 30 min+ in Bangkok so next time I’d probably stay in Chinatown just as of preference for better vibes.

The rooms was big enough for two people with two luggages. Super clean and comfortable, the bed was comfy and the housekeeping was lovely. Breakfast was good too, with Asian dishes and a egg station, plus fruits and veggies. The hotel location is good, near O Nut BTS station and shopping center and a big supermarket with food court. It’s far from the touristic area, which gives you a more local experience. But because it’s well connected with public transportation, it takes only 20 min by skytrain to get to Siam station, easy and cheap. A good hotel for a great valeu!

The temperature of shower water wasn’t consistent through out the shower. But not a big deal.
