Breakfast was delicious (though the arrangement of the food was spread out and maybe difficult to find everything). The size of the room was great and I really enjoyed having the couch in the room as an alternative place to sit comfortably. The internet also worked really well.

Since I was traveling alone, it was fine, but the bathroom is very open to the rest of the room. That might have been awkward if I were sharing with a friend. (This is not really a criticism, just a note on how the room is arranged.) The lighting over the mirror in the bathroom could have been better. There was one or two days when I don't think the glasses in my room were changed or cleaned properly.

If I compare service quality over all, starting from my Check in process I have excelent feedbacks during my accomodation. Kindly I just have a suggestion yours please build ramp platform front of the hotel stairs, no need the guest hang (pull up) our lugguages from the stairs in front of the hotel. Others * Front Office Team helpful, greatful, well experienced team (Excelent Service) thanks for alls. They should be rewarded * Food and beverages Department Team was Excelent Meals quality, enough variety and delicious, service team perfect. They should be rewarded * Room Conditions was good (just if possible to provide toothpaste and brush) * House Keeping Department was good. * Hotel security team front of the hotel was perfect & should be rewarded. Fantastic location one minute walk from the MRT Subway and near many restaurants and markets. Only a 5 minute subway ride to a major shopping mall. The rooms are good size and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, especially the Asian food, with good variety.

If you don't take the time to close your room door slowly, it will slam.shut and the loud noise can be heard all the way down the hall. This can be very disturbing when you are trying to sleep.

I really appreciate that the room is being cleaned everyday. Drinking water is being provided daily and there's enough supply of coffee and tea. It's just beside MRT and I super liked it. Their staff's are so nice especially the girl who assisted us when we arrived. She can communicate properly.

the aircon is hot, I understand that it's centralized but since the weather is really hot during our stay, they could have adjusted it for us to be more comfortable.

Very nice hotel for the price close to the fantastic night market a quick taxi walk or 2 stops from the mrt which is just outside the hotel can take you all over the city great discounts to be found in rooms aswell….

Toilet haven’t a lock on and shower…. But that’s about all to complain about

price for the room, clean, maids were great, help if you need it is there within seconds and im not joking, security outside helps with your car and everything is done with that famous big Thai smile.

290 bath for breakfast per day and a basic cup of latte coffee for 115 bath is on the high side. pro tip, you can get a full breakfast, or dinner, for 40-80 bath outside the hotel. a great coffee place is around the corner and they make great coffee and have great muffins.

+ Good clean sizeable room cleaned every day. Water 3 bottles provided each day. Polite staff who clearly spoke English. Bright lobby and coffee shop/restaurant. Next door to MRT station. Stayed in room 2211 at the rear side so it was quite for sound sleep. - No swimming pool.

Excellent service ..starting from hassle free check in to check out.. Ever smiling and courteous staff.. Breakfast gave a flavour of thai and japanese authenticity with excellent options for rest.. Overall Excellent stay and enjoyed by family.. Please note rooms are far bigger than what is shown in image.. Good locality everything available at a walking distace...

Good, clean hotel. Great breakfast options. room size is good. good location to markets to mall weather walking or using GRAB APP cute rooftop bar, but nobody was there at all. for price, cleanliness, size room its a good deal

A little disappointing for the nicer scale this hotel looks, they dont offer help with luggage. We had 6 luggage and 2 of us and asked for help and they didnt. Maybe they dont have extra staff to. Even some cheaper hotels we stayed at they offered (we tip them of course) but this one didnt. One of the house keepers saw us struggling in the hallway and gave us a small hand haha when we were checking out the room was good but something weird was 80% of the window wall, was WALL. right in the middle. and 2 little window slots on the right and left side. that was a little strange to me. after 2 days i felt a little flustered about lack of window views into the city. theres no pool

Location is the best, near MRT Huai Khwang just not more than 100m walk. Staff at front desk are lovely and helpful, I requested for more 2 chairs and the staff brought it directly to our room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ofc it's clean for room overall and the bathroom. The room is perfectly sound-proof.

They provided toiletries in term of soap, shampoo and conditioner in 3 in 1 lotion form, others might not mind it but I prefer to use it separately. No slippers and bathing gowns in the room but I have not tried requested from front desk.
