I was greeted by Nu the manager of the hotel. He was polite and was served with tea and cold towel(much needed as the weather was at 40 degrees Celsius. The way he cared and showed his service was truly impressive. Very seldom you can get a good service like this. The room was spacious. The room was clean and neat. There was 2 complimentary water bottle and the bed and pillow was comfortable. I slept really well. The shower had the right pressure and temperature. The segregation of the toilet bowl, basin and bath area is well thought as there is a wet and dry area. The entire toilet won't be wet. Truly enjoyed my stay here. Once again, thank you Nu.

I didn't like the location. I had a hard time coming back to the hotel by grab, taxi and tuktuk. The drivers were all lost. I was a little mad that I had to switch on my GPS to guide them back to the hotel. It takes about 20min walking distance from the hotel to pratunum. Ard 12 min walk to the nearest mrt station. Imagine shopping for 3 hours and u still need to walk back 20min to the hotel. So I thought it was not quite worth to walk 20min back to the hotel or getting into a taxi - driver doesn't know where is the location and end up guiding him. So after 1 night I decided to change hotel. The Hotel may consider having a shuttle service which may help the guests of the hotel in the future.

Staff were helpful and courteous, assisted with all my needs and more. Location was great, calling ride hailing services was a breeze with good availability and easy pick up and drop off given the exclusive location. Best way to avoid the terrible jams in Bangkok. Surrounding had all that you need even if you do not want to leave the area. Good massage, food stalls all around, and 2 7-11s and a huge Lotus just around.

Bed was a little too soft.

Nu and his staff were wonderful from day 1. Very helpful, gave me loads of advices for sightseeing and transport. Room is comfy and breakfast was amazing! Cafe style and you can re-order. Top class coffee brightened up my day. Walking distance from Victory Monument or Ratchaprarop stations. Nice surrounding with foods choices.

Beds, pillow very comfortable. Firm yet soft and clean. Lobby has a nice sleek smell to it. Breakfast provided on the other side of the road in their own restaurant was declious. Staff were friendly and can do laundry with them at affordable rates. Decent wifi

Quite a walk from station, motor bike guys tend to get lost too. No gym. No bath tube.

Clean and bright, 10 minutes walk to train station Spacious room with big sitting area and nice small balcony. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast

Hardly any storage, no cupboard, just a small bar to hang clothes and 2 small drawers, had to leave most of my clothes in the suitcase. Shower pressure is not good

The staff, especially Jeejee at the reception, were all super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is perfect. Stayed for a few nights and tried different breakfasts, and loved the egg Benedict.

The set up was a bit awkward with sockets only located in a few least reasonable places such as the bathroom door... And the view outside my room was just a narrow lane and other windows and air conditioners.

Really nice boutique hotel with very clean facilities. Lobby is beautifully designed and smelled so nice too. The room is just the right size, very clean, and very pretty interiors. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Located in a small alley but still accessible. A little far from the busy areas of Bangkok so you will have some peace of mind here. Loved my stay even if it’s just very short!

Everything is very good and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is cafe food which also very good and just opposite of the hotel, could not remember the name of the cafe but if there’s a chances would definitely go back again.

A little bit downside is the hotel sofa have quite a lot of stain and the the bathroom shower head is rusty.

-The staffs were very friendly and helpful. -The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great! -Only 10m walks to the BTS or airport express. -There are lots of food and massages place around the area.

-Should get rid of all the old towels. -There are not much rooms in the bathroom so I can’t put my own things in there. -water pressure is low.

Off on a side street and so away from main Bangkok road K Maison can easily be missed. Very welcoming reception area when arrived. I arrived before checkin and they put my bags into storage for safe keeping. Most welcoming guy on reception. When i checked in was informed that my bags had been placed in my room, which was a nice touch. Room was functional and really well laid out and made good use of the space. Would very much like to stay in this hotel again. exceptional value for money
