Staff very nice and helpful. Room comfortable. Walking distance to Talat Noi, pier to ICONSIAM and piers to take the Orange Flag boat on Chao Phraya River. Almost adjacent to the Hamonique Thai Restaurant which we love.

1) location: in the middle of two subways, BTS Saphan Taksin and MRT Hua Lumphomg, which require quite a walk to reach. 2) right on the busy Charoen Krung Road. No roadside parking or street vendors allowed. That makes the strolling along a bit unpleasant because of the loud traffic noise. 3) not much interesting shopping because most retails are jewelry or antiques plus a lot of closed shops. 4) expensive breakfast and a very amateur waiter. We had ask for the culteries. The dry toast came WITHOUT butter and jam, so we had to ask for them.

Beautiful property, conveniently located for what I had to get done.

Unfortunately the road noise is quite bad, the window panes are thin. Double windows should help a little.

Comfortable, friendly staff

Due to a change in travel plans this was our second stay in this hotel. The staff were super friendly again but we had a little trouble with the room - the room they gave us had been redecorated and smelt of paint, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately this one had ants, so we were moved back to the first room the next night - thankfully most of the paint smell has dissipated and we enjoyed our stay - as the staff do their best to ensure you have a good stay!

I was pleasantly surprised because I expected a regular 3-star accomodation but it turned out to be a wonderful boutique hotel with excellent accomodation, commendable rooms and superb service. When I say superb, it is comparable to a high end property and I am not exaggerating - the room was comfortable, tastefully furnished, the staff had pride in their work and they really went all out to help in their capacity. The location is easily accessible and a short walk to the pier that connects you to Icon Siam by boat. Plenty of good eateries within walking distance. The breakfast, although simple was value for money and satisfying.

Nothing. I liked everything.

The location as great. took some time to have the taxi to drop us at the entrance, but when I started exploring the area; it was great. Great in the sense that it is close to GPO, Robinsons, and also pockets of eating places. You just need to be adventurous to explore the neighborhood. In the evening, there are clubs and bars around to cool and chill. Price is not expensive, reasonably and also relatively safe. Hotel room is clean and quiet; give me a good night sleep that I needed. Staffs are ever helpful. At one point I was asking about the nearest hospital; and was checked on by staffs the next day to make sure I am ok. That is thoughtful and hospitable.

Frankly, the hotel inroom menu and restaurant menu can be further made better. As in a number of the items are not available. and they kitchen closes quite early during evening time.

The location is perfect, very close to the pier where you can take a boat to Grand Palace. The staff was kind and helpful, I also like the interior of the room. The room itself was very clean! The breakfast is nice.

The only issue was air conditioner, it was quite old, and the air was blowing towards the bed so much that you can not sleep comfortably with the conditioner on and without it, it was quite hot.

Nice decor, friendly staff

The bathroom setup is a bit odd (less privacy) and running the exhaust fan didn't really help in the shower because there is a floor to ceiling glass wall. The curtains also had a smell to them.

i like the location of the place as it’s near to a lot of things. It’s a walking distance to other hotels, bars, good restos and cafes, and even the pier to get a ferry or tour boat.

I don’t know how many times I’ve slipped on their bathroom floor. I was just lucky that I always had the quick chance to hold onto the side glass. The bathroom floor isn’t tiled. They just used a shiny paint on the concrete’s rough surface which has these tiny pointed grooves. This could really get too slippery when wet even without soap and shampoo on it yet. It’s scary but it’s an accident waiting to happen daily. The overhead rainshower doesn’t really help a lot too especially when you have to mix the hot and cold water. I would prefer a shower head that you can adjust and point freehandedly.
