The location is incredible, a 5 minute walk from Sala Daeng BTS, the staff are friendly and welcoming but the most beautiful thing about this hotel is the style and decor, it has to be one of the prettiest hotels I've ever stayed in, simply amazing

The cleaning could be better, I have a habit of always cleaning the toilet seat just to be sure, and when I started cleaning this one, I could clearly see some staining which ment it wasn't properly cleaned

We loved that the property was in a really accessible area! There were two train lines we used a lot which got us basically everywhere we wanted to go. Additionally, the staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and inviting. The room was very comfortable for two people and the shower/bathroom facilities were great. We loved that we had an opening window as well. The hotel was on a very quiet street even though the area was busy. There is a great cafe/restaurant on the corner, dept stores very close and a great mango sticky rice cart not too far away! The pool area was also lovely and had a great view over the neighbourhood.

The only thing that was a little tricky was the air conditioning when we were going to sleep. If you left it on all night it was very cold (even on lowest mode) and was pointed directly at one of the twin beds. If you tuned it off completely it was a bit stuffy. Not a big problem, I think that we are a little sensitive to the aircon air!

Breakfast was fabulous with an ala carte main and small selection of buffet for everything else. The acai bowl was an delightful treat. Room and bathroom were spacious and shower pressure excellent. Slight drain smell in the room but that disappeared after a bit and didn't come back. I slept well. Location was convenient, about 7 mins walk from the Silom sky train station, though it's on a tiny street that you have to pass through dark streets to get to. Staff spoke good English and a young lady there was exceptionally friendly and a great conversationalist while we waited for our taxi.

Room view was next building view, though that didn't bother me much.

Great hotel to stay in Bangkok! On our travel around Thailand, we chose to stay there as a base hotel in Bangkok. It's modern, well decorated with nice and clean rooms. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Especially Kiki, she helped us every time with our transport to airports and gave us useful information every time we asked her. Hotel's location is great. It's near BTS and MRT lines in Sala Daeng and Si Lom. It's in a quiet street behind Silom Complex mall and there are many shops and restaurants around the area. Don't miss the street food around the corner! It's great!

The staff were extremely helpful when assisting with our questions and other clarifications we made. They listened carefully to our problems or concerns, and provided useful information directly. Additionally, the staff speak good English so communication was not an issue for us. With regard to the room, it is spacious enough for 2 of us and the mattress, pillows and duvet are very comfortable. The bathroom caught us by surprise (a good one!) because it had heating inside! Despite the floor tiles, we never felt cold coming out from a warm shower. There is also sufficient space, tables and mirrors in the toilet for 2 people to get ready for the day inside. Lastly, the hotel's location is such that the windows do not face the busy main road, so it is quiet and peaceful at night. It was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel, because we are light sleepers and we did not want to be disturbed at night during our sleep. Despite not facing the main road, it was surprisingly easy to access Sala Daeng BTS station from the hotel by cutting through Silom Complex during the mall's operating hours. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

This was a very MINOR problem for us: the hotel's main entrance does not face the main road, so from time to time, we had to give our taxi or Grab drivers verbal instructions on which alley to turn into. However, we think that over time, PASSA Hotel will become more well-known in the area so more local drivers will know how to drive there on their own.

Hotel is very nice and in a good location. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and big. I liked the breakfast options from the menu. In general very cosy hotel and we would stay there again.

The smell in the room due to air conditioner and no possibility to open the window. It was not a big problem but still would be good to have a bit more fresh air in the room.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Room was very nice and quiet. Only minimal noise from hallway from closing doors. Room has a safe. Nice small rooftop pool and gym. We had breakfast a la carte every day which was very delicious. Hotel conveniently located near shopping mall Silom Complex about 5 min walk. Here you can also access the BTS skytrain. Silom Complex has a grocery store for any necessities. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Kiki.

Bathroom had large sink (looked nice and sleek) but limited counter space for our toiletry bags and hairdryer. Lack of restaurant choices for breakfast near by. Breakfast at hotel very delicious but a little bit expensive at 400thb/person since I hadn’t booked room with breakfast included.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I landed very early and was greeted by Phang the guy on front desk who was really lovely and managed to check me in earlier. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a few mins to BTS and MRT and great local eateries around the building. I come often to Bangkok and this will be my choice of hotel to stay from now The rooms were modern, location great and excellent value for money- an overall amazing experience.

Nothing to dislike

Location was amazing, super close to lots of food options and shopping. Rooms were decorated beautifully and equipped with good amenities in the bathroom. Beds were huge and very comfortable. Staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, and assisted us with late checkout. The rooftop speakeasy style bar was amazing and totally worth a visit (despite it being expensive). We would choose this place for our next visit to bangkok.

Smell of mould as soon as you enter the room. No view as windows covered by bars.

PASSA is in an amazing location, so close to MRT and Skytrain. We used public transport to get around Bangkok, and it was so simple! Well located too for late night eats. Hotel is very nice, super clean and comfy. And no road noise! Staff are lovely. We had a great stay here, and fully recommend for those wanting a reasonably priced, well located bolt hole. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bangkok!
