First of all, I find that this is one-of-its kind hotel in Bangkok and the price:comfort ratio is excellent. Strongly recommended! I had planned to stay at this hotel for a week initially but extended my trip ~3 more weeks here which says something about the comfortable stay I have had. In fact, as of writing this comment, I am still staying here. - Room is well-designed and spacious. Comfortable bed, mattress, AC, chair, table, well-stocked refrigerator, and coffee/tea-maker, and sufficient space for storage. I really like the overall design of the room as well as the bathroom. - There is a TV as well but it shows Thai channels only. (it'd have been nice-to-have if it was an Android TV though I didn't care for it much) - There is a washing machine and dryer at the hotel (paid). - Exceptional staff. Very kind and helpful, they went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable. - Impeccabaly clean. Throughout my stay, I did not notice a single issue with cleanliness anywhere throughout the property and cleanliness here rivals that at the top-tier hotels. Kudos to the cleaning staff here! - I really like the location of the hotel. It is inside an alley which makes it somewhat secluded as well from any traffic/noise. Nonetheless, it is very close (10 minutes walk) to BTS Asok, MRT Sukhumvit, and BTS Phrom Phong. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There is Benchasiri Park and Benchakitti Park nearby for jogging, excercise, or walk, and I often frequented Terminal 21 mall for shopping/food-court. - There is construction going right behind the hotel but I didn't find the noise daunting or much annoying.

- WiFi was frequently slow or interrupted. I requested the staff for help who restarted the router when it happened but I think the problem is from the provider's end. - Minor nitpick but I extended my stay twice and had hoped that the hotel management, given my much extended stay, would offer me more discount but that didn't happen 😅

Only take cash payments so we had to go get a large amount of cash out where all the machines charge you. They also charge a 1000 baht deposit, not entirely sure what for, you do get it back at the end of the trip but as it’s only in cash, then left with a lot of cash when you may be leaving the country.

Great located in a busy area with lots of restaurants, bars and shops but still quiet. All was clean and the hotel employees were sweet. You'll get what you expect and pay a fair price.

You should notice that the hotel crew hardly speaks English. And currently there's a construction site that wasn't mentioned here on Booking. So ask for a quiet room. I did and that was the right decision.

It's actually a very nice basic stopover hotel. Especially for the money. It's in a good location for looking around Sukhumvit, especially if you like bars and good time massage parlours. The area can feel a little on the seedy side. But so many areas of Bangkok have this feel. So don't be put off by that. There is a huge buildings works going on right next door. Luckily we stopped here on a Sunday so nothing was happening, however I should imagine when it is.. it's going to be very noisy. Something to consider. The rooms are basic and I mean basic! Bright, clean and the bed is huge, if you like firm beds you will love it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. For me it was one night before I moved on, and I would stop there again. The price was great. The location is central. If your an explorer on a budget you really won't find better for the money. I know because I've stopped in several budget hotels in Bangkok now.

No mirror in the bedroom. The bathroom has an unusual smell to it. Not unclean just not pleasant. But these are both really minor things. Overall it's a great little hotel. And I mean for the price and location... Come on?

very good price for the hostel style room, and very clean. the staff was helpful and let us drop our bags off early.

location was… interesting. practically, it was decent for getting a bus (about a 10 minute walk). not necessarily in the center of town but near lots of things. some good restaurants and large grocery store near by. however, it is (as far as we could tell) in more a less a red light district. we never felt unsafe but it did make us feel a bit uncomfortable at times.

Location is great. The hotel is center in Sukhumvit 22 near a lot of mall, restaurants, bars, etc. Even though it was on a very lively street, the hotel was very quiet. Also, it is close to BTS and MRT (you can think they are different metro types). Additionally the common area was very comfortable to work in. We worked 1 day at the common area. If you are a remote worker, this place is enough for you.

There is a very effective air conditioner in the room, but it is still impossible to open the door and windows. Because there are no protectors on the doors and windows to prevent insects and flies from entering. Protective wires can be added for doors and windows.

It is a professionally managed hotel. It has two adjacent buildings. One has mostly the double bed or bigger rooms and the other has mostly bunk beds for 4 and 6 guests. We we a group og total 11 people, all male just for vacation tigether. There is a well equipped large kitchen where we could cook our own food. There is a food related very big super market in front of the street and all grocery is available at a reasonabl cost. The front office, the housekeeping all staff are truly professional.

The hotel is inside the street and our taxi could not enter with luggage. But we managed well. We can't expect the moon for us at this price so we should learn to ignore small matters in a foreign land.

Very clean rooms. Quiet location. Excellent value for money

- Bathroom hand towels were worn out - Flashlight battery was down - Even though we were provided non smoking room, as requested, there was smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

The location is very good, lots of places to eat and a very nice mall nearby. The beds were comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

The noise coming from the Tribe club in the mall is very loud and you can hear them until 1-2 AM, that's not very pleasant :( We also washed our clothes at the hotel and one of my T-shirts that was white got stained, so I recommend to not wash light clothes, only dark.

This place is kind of unbelievable for the cost. Everything is extremely high quality, the lobby is amazing with a few couches and tables for hanging out. The rooms have really good, calm ambiance and lighting, an extremely comfortable bed, and good water pressure and heat in the shower in the bathroom. The view is also quite nice from some of the upper floor rooms. The location is very central, close to Sukhumvit and Emsphere and very close to the metro. For the price, this is a really great spot to stay for a few nights in Bangkok.
