A nice little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was quite spacious and bright, with nice views over the city skyline (we even saw fireworks some of the nights during the Christmas week). The breakfast was nice, made to order and with a little bit of variety. There is no elevator, but when we checked in the receptionist helped me carry my luggage up. There's a washing machine on every floor (costs 30 baht and you have to use your own detergent) which was very useful.

The only downside is the location. Although the hotel is very close to BTS, the path along the canal is not the most pleasant of walks. It is well lit, though, so even at night we felt safe coming and going.

Small little gem in the noise and air poluted jungle of Bangkok! The hotel lies in an old neighborhood (called Khlong San) with no skyscrapers in between, small narrow streets where lot's of local Thai-life takes place, mobile street kitchens, supermarkets, small restaurants and a market place where you can stock up wit fresh fruits, vegetables, cooked meals or cloths- so it's away from the main tourist paths which I liked very much. I had quiet nights with no disturbances from any traffic, my room was spacious with a big window and hence good day light, had a big fridge (big plus!), a small balcony, a very comfortable bed and blanket. Room service was available daily and 2 bottles of water were daily supplied! Breakfast was included in my package with the option of western breakfast or Thai breakfast which was my first choice and I would highly recommend! It's the first time for me (as a frequent booking.com user) that the pictures provided by the property for their advertisement were NOT deceiving at all. everything was exactly as you can see in the pictures which I highly appreciated! Staff is very friendly and tries to help with anything you need or want to know! Next Skytrain station (Krung Thonbury) is a 7 minutes walk away. To reach the boat station where you can cross the Chaophraya River (with a small so called crossing boat) in order to reach the Central Pier is a 15 minutes walk away. But you can also reach the Central Pier (in order to take a blue flagged tourist boat or orange flagged express boat) via Skytrain (only one station from Krung Thonbury away). All in all a very good experience and I would always chose this place again when I come back to Bangkok!

Some water gets in the bathroom when you shower. The surrounding area is not so nice.

We stayed at pattern for 2 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. It was a short walk from the train station, which meant it was easy to reach and easy to travel around Bangkok using the rail network. We really enjoyed exploring Bangkok for ourselves. The staff were all amazing and so friendly, the room had everything we needed; free tea & water, a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, air-con & probsrbly more facilities we didn’t use! Breakfast was very tasty, there were a lot of options available and a very easy ordering system.

The only thing was that the shower had no hot water. (Wasn’t freezing, but wasn’t warm).

The staff is very friendly. They've made the early check in for us (10 am instead of 2 pm). They are good at English, which is not very often in Thailand. There is a cozy atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable. Breakfast and latte is realy nice. Dining area with sofas is awesome. I Highly Recomend this for everybody!

I'd appreciate it if the staff made small fixes in the bathroom. 1. Mount shelves better to the wall, 2. Change the glass shampoo bottle to a plastic one because when I had a shower, I was always afraid of dropping it on the floor, 3. Buy and mount a new head shower,

The room is spacious, the hotel workers are friendly, and the breakfast is good. You get a studio-type room for a very affordable price. The hotel workers are there also to help you navigate the city and give instructions to drivers if they have to.

The location of the hotel can be confusing. The roads to the hotel are quite narrow. Also, it would be better if there are bed side table and night/reading lamp in the room. There is no elevator also. However, the hotel workers offered help to carry the bags.

I recently stayed at the Pattern Boutique Hotel in Bangkok, located in a peaceful, residential area, where you can relax from after you had a busy day in the city centre, yet it is close to the metro station so it takes not even half an hour to reach the centre. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff at this boutique hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their genuine hospitality shone through, even when I missed the breakfast hours due to jet lag after my flight, they kindly offered to prepare a meal, which I greatly appreciated. If you're seeking a clean, welcoming hotel in a peaceful area of Bangkok, I highly recommend this place.

While the overall experience was excellent, it's worth noting that the walls are quite thin, and you may hear noises from neighboring rooms. This is something to consider for light sleepers.

The hotel was very clean and the whole atmosphere feels cozy. We arrived in the evening but were greeted warmly by the staff. They even assisted in carrying all of our heavy luggages up the stairs. We had a miscommunication with the room booked but it was settled very quickly by the staff. The hotel is located in an alley further away from the main road but still accessible by car. There were so many 7Es and supermarkets on the road leading to the alley, which was very convenient. The whole area also felt safe despite being a bit dark at night. The nearest BTS station is Krong Thon Buri and it is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It was unfortunate as we only stayed here for a night. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The room feels a bit snug especially if you have big luggages.

The staff is amazing and the rooms were a great size and quite clean. I loved having a full size fridge, teamaker along with a balcony. They also offer washing machines on each floor for reasonable prices which is helpful when travelling for long periods of time. The breakfast was superb and reasonably priced. There are great street food vendors 5 min walking from the hotel and the air/skytrain is only 8-10 min from hotel. The neighborhood felt safe and there were times that I came back at 8 or 9 pm at night walking from public transport and never had any issues. There are 2 supermarkets just a few minutes from the hotel as well. Highly recommend. You're also quite close to the ICONSIAM mall which is worth a visit!

There is no elevator just to be aware so either stay on a lower floor or be prepared.

Its clothing factory turned into a boutique hotel with an ingenious design. The receptionists were very very nice. They even let us early checkin with no prior notice. We landed 3am, and went there around 9.30am. They readied the room by 11.30 and let us in. Breakfast is very good too, and the coffee. They have restaurant downstairs, so makes sense. Metro is just 5min walk.

First day we had the family room and on the second day we moved to a triple. While the family one felt specious, the triple was a bit cramped. But the facilities were still great. You should consider getting family even if you have less travelers.
