The staffs are very welcoming, not only the front office staffs, even the guard is very friendly and helpful. The room is big, and the best part is, it comes with a washer..we are able to wash our laundry daily during our stay. It is near 2 shopping malls and 1 night market.. there is also a steamboat restaurant beside the hotel. they are all within walking distances, but because there is an elderly in the group,so will grab a cab to the night market. Chinatown is about 30mins car ride..

Really enjoyed our stay . Staff were wonderful and helpful . Food was good . Had a big one bedroom suite and great value very comfortable and had a jacuzzi bath

There was no real bar that served a variety of alcoholic drinks which would have been nice if you just wanted to stay in

Location is great near mall and grocery. Very accessible, easy to find. The kitchen is fully equipped. Staff are very helpful and nice. We stayed to celebrate New years eve, the view was perfect, we were surrounded by fireworks display. Breakfast buffet was also good. Not much of a selection but a great menu. The stove is not working and maintenance was not able to fix it.

Large 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. We stayed 4 nights and were very comfortable. Loved having a washer as we are traveling in Thailand for 4 weeks and needed to do laundry.

No convenient public transportation. We’re able to use Grab but would have loved to ride more trains. There is a train being build and should be done in 2024.

By far the best hotel I've ever stayed. Very clean with a luxurious feel throughout. The roof top view is incredible! In house restaurant on point 👌 Stand out for me was the staff, super friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour 😀 Will definitely return!

Only negative would be that I didn't find this place earlier so I could have stayed longer.

Bed was a bit hard Bathroom had a small leak and fan loose in ceiling Bedroom TV had no channels or Netflix so pointless Lifts were very small

The suite was spacious and clean

We booked a suite with sofa bed but actually it's just a 2 seater sofa, not a bed. Fortunately they provided an extra bed after we requested

We stayed for one night before our flight back home. Staff was very kind and helpful, the room was perfect for family with two bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms. The location is nice, walking distance from two shopping centers.

For a family of five the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect! The breakfast was on point! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also fantastic for a balance between distance to the city and distance to the airport for a short stay!

Could do with more amenities in the bathrooms.
