I stayed at the Three Sukhumvit Hotel mostly because of its proximity to The Bumrungrad International Hospital. The best part, of course, is the location. The front desk was always helpful and smiling. The Junior Suite King Room was large, spacious, had a balcony. Everything was clean, the daily room service was great. All facilities were replenished with every room cleaning service and the staff followed my instruction card outside the door. I know it sounds obvious, but I have stayed in many hotels in Asia and Europe, where the staff would knock on the door for room cleaning service, even though I had the "do not disturb" sign. But here, thankfully, the staff always followed my instructions, and in the days I did not want room service, they left the bottles of water outside the door. Very professional. I should also mention that I booked and paid for the room in advance, but I had to postpone the date because of unavoidable circumstances. The hotel was very helpful to postpone my stay, even though the cancellation deadline had already passed.

We liked the location with Bumrungrad International Hospital. Also, we loved the attitude of the Staff of the hotel. And the environment is peaceful.

The cleaners have not cleaned the rooms properly. The Laundry Charge is too high. The Breakfast items are not good enough.

My initial phone experience was a bit discouraging, as I was advised to consider canceling my booking, which felt abrupt. However, once I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and I was even given a wonderful room upgrade. This really changed my impression for the better.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes, which affected the room a bit

First of all, the staff were very good, very friendly and gentle. Breakfast was good. The service at the restaurant was great. Cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. It was way more clean than many European or US high starred hotels I have ever stayed.

There is nothing strong that I did not like. However, in general may be they could put some clock hanger in the bathroom where you can hang cloths while taking shower. The entrance looks good. However they might consider repositioning the reception desk, currently it is a bit narrow for the staff.

Can't beat the location at the entrance to Bumrungrad hospital. This hotel is more expensive, but the excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms, along with the money exchange downstairs, 7-11 next door, and lots of street food available make this a great stay for short trips.

I loved the room. It was well spacious and the beds were super comfortable.

I expected a better breakfast spread with more options. The breakfast kind of failed to meet my expectations.

The hotel toilet was so clean !! The staffs were co operative. The location was perfect for us as we see doctor in Bumrungrad Hospital. The breakfast was very good. They have halal chicken sausage which my son liked very much. Their omelet was so tasty and delicious.

The key started stop working as soon as the one night payment finished.

Cleaning, Wifi, Staffs performance and service is good. easy to access to hospital.

When I booked through Booking.com. it is included breakfast. but when we check in hotel mentioned that breakfast is not included in the prices that we booked. they said that if there will be additional charges if we want breakfast arrangement. there are a little far from night market and food court and restruant near that hotel are Ethiopian , Bangladesh and India. in each room, Hotel put notice letter that 15% discount for COVID test. but we paid full amount the same as others.

Very close 50 meters from Bumrungrund hospital. Staff is friendly. I had a quiet room. Number 513. Breakfast is good.

Check in time is 15.00. My room was ready so I wanted to check in and leave my bag at 12.00. That seems to be a problem as directed by the owner which is ridiculous. After some discussion I could leave my bag in the room and fresh up a bit. That is a weird policy and need to change.

Probably nearest hotel from Bumrungrad Hospital. Convenient for patients coming for treatment. There is also a money exchange and 7 eleven shop in the ground floor of the hotel. There is also two bangla restaurants in-front of this hotel.

Their bed should more comfortable.
