The rooms were clean, with a nice modern design, high-quality bed sheets, and comfortable beds. The location is convenient, especially if you need to be close to the airport. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was decent but nothing extraordinary, and I do wish the receptionist spoke more English for smoother communication.

We arrived late at night and needed parking, which the hotel provided in the yard. Unfortunately, the parking spaces have a high ramp, and we were driving a low-clearance car. A staff member helped park the car, but there was a loud scratching noise during the process. The same thing happened the next day when we were leaving for the airport. Upon inspection, we realized that the car had been damaged due to the ramp design, and it wasn’t driving properly afterward. While the hotel itself was amazing and provided a comfortable stay, this issue left a bitter taste in what was otherwise a great experience.

But this small family-run little boutique hotel is simply gorgeous. The rooms are spacious, decorated tastefully, each one in an unique style and squeaky clean. The breakfast is outstanding. You are asked what you would like to have. This then is prepared freshly for you. AND the Cappuccino is absolutely great. On top of all this the ladies who run the hotel and work here are so helpful, friendly and warm, they make you feel like a long-awaited friend. They have the right balance between giving you your personal space and privacy and nice conversation and chit-chat. I am also so thankful for their great English, so communication is really easy. We are happy to have found this little diamond and will stay here again, whenever we are in Bangkok.

Seriously - there is not one thing I did not like.

The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was generous - two types of egg (fried and scrambled), chicken "sausages," salad, white bread toast, butter, coffee, juice. Air conditioning, hot water, lighting - all worked well. Every corner of the room and the property as a whole was spotlessly clean. The owner/manager was welcoming and helpful. For example, she offered to book a taxi for us to return to the airport, but added that we could walk out to the main road and probably find one for 100 Baht (instead of 200 for pre-booking). We did that, and actually paid 70 Baht.

Would prefer a place closer to the airport, but this was worth traveling a bit for.

It’s a very stylish property. The rooms are large, they are more like suites, and the entire property is spotlessly clean. The two ladies who run the property are super-helpful and attend to one’s every need, including free airport transfers. They also recommended which restaurant to eat at, a massage parlour and a pedicure place. All their recommendations were spot on and very affordable. The food at their recommended restaurant was amongst some of the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. In terms of opportunities for improvement, I’d suggest the following: 1. I didn’t receive responses to my messages via the Booking.com app but was then able to communicate via the hotel’s FB page. 2. I like healthy eating and feel fresh juice for breakfast would be better than carton juice and also having unprocessed meat instead of processed chicken sausages. But these are minor suggestions for improvement.

There is a fridge bigger than a mini fridge. It’s exactly like in the photo. 4/ nice welcoming fragrant in the hotel and room 5/ great breakfast 6/ very personalized service. Personally fetched and sent us from and to Don Muang airport. Personally cooked breakfast for us. 7/ there are 2 hosts who are friendly, humble, kind and super helpful. Helped us carry luggage up the stairs. 8/ small boutique - feels at home 9/ has all the basic needs like a normal hotel 10/ value for money. 11/ 10 minutes from Don Mueang airport

1. 10 to 15 minutes drive from DMK Airport. Perfect for a stop over for the city ! Some restaurants, 711 nearby. 2. Super clean, spacious, well-designed room with character 3. Very friendly , professional, thoughtful and detail minded owner and staff! They serve with heart! 4. The reception area is nicely designed too. 6. Very tasty breakfast provided! 7. They offer free airport pickup from the airport ! 8. Smart TV provided!

My only complaint is there is no lift for the hotel

Ms. Kim and the owner, Jah, were super helpful and amazing. I would definitely come again if in the area. It was super convenient to a laundromat and 7 eleven. This place is super clean, and the first of 5 places we stayed in during this trip without seeing a single bug! No flying and no ants. ALL Linens were white without stains. Breakfast was good, and they served us well as we had a very tight turnaround with our stay.

Fantastic oasis near DMK. I agree with all previous comments regarding the outstanding hosts/owners, superb breakfast, and spotless cleanliness. This will be my go-to for future stays near DMK. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within a short walking distance. It is quiet and comfortable (the beds, sheets, and pillows are on par with any 5-star hotel). The exterior of the hotel has a small sitting area surrounded by trees, pants, flowers and a flowing water sculpture. The overall interior design of the hotel and rooms is eclectic with unique but perfect mixture of antiques, Art Nouveau and modern amenities. The complementary shuttle and in-room snacks, drinks and soups are an added bonus, especially when arriving in the evening or late night after a long haul flight.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and we appreciated the convenience of a late check-in. The shower was fantastic, offering a unique view of a banana farm, and the room was very spacious.

While we chose to walk from the airport to the hotel (about 30 minutes), we recommend taking a taxi if you prefer a more comfortable arrival.
