The room was good. The view is always fantastic. It is still family friendly. My children loved the pool foam time and Kids World, a lot. This is my 3rd time being here and you could definitely see and feel the difference when it was still Novotel, nonetheless, it was a good experience.
There were no slippers, bathrobe and toothbrushes, everything should be ready before the guests arrived regardless of how long they will stay. The breakfast selection was disappointing (huge difference from when it was Novotel). The fireworks was also disappointing compared to the other nearby resorts.

The room is good, you will see the sun rise every morning, awesome sea views, the pool is good, clean and has the slider not only for kids but for adult like me also.
There is no sand beach anymore compare to other hotels that they have sand beach to take a walk, jogging or doing some activities there. I guess its because of the tide is high or the climate problem.

I would say this is a perfect hotel for family. Value with the price. Staffs are friendly and polite.
Check in takes very long at the reception.We had to waited for 35 mins . Nobody came and took our luggages when we check out even though we requested the receptionist and she said sure. Perhaps, there must be a lot of guest checking in,checking out thay time. Breakfast is boring. Nothing much.

Lovely staff. Great food. Very COVID Safe. Nice room. Clean pool with nice restaurant and good food. Some Of the children’s facilities were open but safely monitored due to COVID. Plenty of outside games and activities for adults and children alike. Huge pool. Had a fab double treatment of a body stub and massage in the Spa which was beautiful inside. Would stay again
Despite having access to the beach frontage I would only recommend going into the sea if wearing soft beach shoes. Lots of stoney coral which I cut my feet on…..not seriously but enough to put me off going in the sea again.

Room is good, cleanness and view. Pool and slider is good, our kid is enjoy. Drink at beach bar taste good, I will never forget its taste.
I ask for bathrobe, but they forget to bring it to me. However, it does not matter.

Some facilities were close due to the pandemic. The Foam Party didn't happened, my kids were waiting for it. The breakfast selection was not as great as the other hotels that I've been to.
