the hospitality mind of the hotel stuffs . our group of 6 stayed in the 3 br villa , when we checked in , we found from our villa , there r some trees ( small one ) that blocked our sea view, then we just gv small comments to the hotel stuffs& with in half hours, the gardener came to trim out the trees & we saw the sea view & the sun set beautifully !!! THKS

We would like to add our small comments on our villa " besides all 3 br r perfect & clean , this is the plus point of our villa . keep going !!! our comments " the living and dining area r a good perfect size , but the aircon looked very tired !!! and u need a small pantry and small sink in the dinning area . THIS IS A MUST !!

The room was bigger than we expected. There was more than enough space to store all our luggage. The shower room was really spacious. The bed was also bigger than normal and pretty comfortable too (though the pillows felt either too high and too low). We had a big balcony with a good view of the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and we liked how the hotel was right on the beach.

The swimming pool needs a little maintenance. The pool ladder was squeaky and didn't look safe to use. Some staff seemed a bit unmotivated. In the morning of our 2nd day here, the tap water came out as pale brownish, but it was only for a short while. The staff explained that it was due to water shortage that affected the whole area of Cha-am, so we didn't mind.

We booked this family room for four people, specifically because my mother in law is in a wheelchair. The living room and the bedrooms offered lots of space, so that worked out very well. The rooms as well as the breakfast area and the bar near the beach are wheelchair accesible too, though some ramps might be a steep. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of available options.

The first few hours after our arrival the airconditioning hardly worked. The staff member who showed us to our room had already mentioned that it might take some time for the system to work. It stayed 27 degrees in there for over three hours, however. After the staff looked at it twice it started to work and it worked fine. I'm not sure it had anything to do with the cold air escaping through the top of the door (see the attached photo), but those sorts of imperfections I don't expect from a five-star hotel.

Staff all v helpful and friendly. Room really nice and bed v comfortable. Breakfast of a high standard and good variety

There were just little things that shouldn’t happen in a 5star resort. The beach was filthy when we arrived, but in fairness, they cleaned it the next morning.the pool was a bit dusty looking(work going on beside it) but when I asked, it was cleaned pretty quickly. The coffee machine at breakfast seemed to be on the blink 2 of our 3 mornings. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and we kept having to log on to a different network. There was a wedding on our last day and all the umbrellas from the pool were removed to give shade to some wedding food stall. This should never happen. A 5star property should have separate facilities for normal guests and wedding guests.

The breakfast was great and service was good as well. The beach is a private one shared by few resorts which is good and not crowded. The pool is good size as well.

The hotel is sort of on the main road and no mode of transport to the night market or around. If you travel with your personal car or choose to stay in the hotel and not explore around then you should be fine. We struggled a bit to get to the night market however eventually walked a hit and found some locals who took us for a price ofcourse. The rooms are spacious, however the bathroom wasn’t well lit, bit dark.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was huge. The hotel was very nice, the food was good, and the beach was lovely. It's not too far from town either, 600 Bhat roundtrip in a taxi.

One of the bedroom's was noisey at night, the window was near an electrical unit outside. Wi-Fi would drop off sometimes which is fine for me, but not so much for the kids when they wanted to relax in the room

Choice was fine but the hot choices could have been hotter.

Very noisy hotel. Filming for two days meant the film Director using a megaphone. Third day had the set being dismantled and fourth day the pool area was being repaired. Lift machinery and or air con main hotel unit was very noise. Whilst I’m the hotel boasted larger than normal rooms and good views, it does require a refresh due to wear and tear.

The pools are fantastic and has a water slide which the kids loved. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was big and had a very nice private balcony. The breakfast buffet is great!

Would be nice to have a few more options on the food menu, some more Thai dishes would be good.

The room is spacious and has a nice sea view. The Hotel has a private beach. Staffs were polite and friendly. Location was exceptional and quite easy to find. The parking might be a bit small if the hotel is fully booked. Overall if you get a genious discount with free breakfast it's really worth your money.

Breakfast could have been a lot better for example there should be at least one seafood plate since the hotel located near the sea. Sausages was not that high quality. I didn't try the restaurant but the menu it's sound a bit pricy since the taste of the breakfast was not that good. Overall the breakfast was good compare to the promotional room price. By the way, may be the guest before me put durian in the fridge and the cleaning was a bit short to get rid of all the smell. It's bearable since I'm a durian lover but it could be improve.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa for a group of 6 adults and 2 children. Having the private pool allowed everyone to congregate and interact by the pool bringing the family closer. The staff were very helpful and hospitable, making the overall experience very enjoyable.

The villa itself was rather old and could do with better upkeep. It wasn't falling apart, but it would have been nice if it felt slightly newer.
