- location close to the airport - very clean and overall nice design - friendly staff

- the windows had no glasses, they only had a mosquito net and roller blinds and because of that, there was a lot of noise coming from the main street. Traffic was intense at every hour and was really noisy. I only used the room for 🛌 and I had my earplugs with me - lucky me! If it weren’t for my earplugs, I don’t think I would’ve slept so well. - i went to see the breakfast options in the morning but I only saw some soup, condiments and bread, nothing else. I didn’t want to try any of those.

The bedsheets are so soft. The bed is huge. Yhe pillows are plush. The showers work perfectly as does the air-conditioning. We refused to leave the room all day because it was so comfortable. Location is very near airport so perfect when you have an early flight out.

They only allowed 2 people to a room. We had a spare mattress and the room definitely was big enough for that mattress on the floor. We were willing to pay a small fee for the 3rd person but the hotel insisted on us booking another room for that person. There was also a colony of ants in the toilet.

The staff are very friendly and they went out of their way to make me comfortable. I arrived really early on the day of my check in but they had my room ready for me at 12 and let me sit in the cafe upstairs for 3 hours. The rooms are spacious with their own little balconies and everything was really clean. It was a really comfortable stay in a central location.

The breakfast wasn't too great but for the price of the rooms this place is a gem.

The value of money is good, it is near to the airport about 30 minutes by walk and is situated on the main road. There is a lift that caters two floors by having a center point between two floors. There is a covered Parking Space. Even though on the main road the property is still a very quiet and peaceful place.

The Cowboy Style of Walls and Washroom Door without any kind of lock and sound proofing. Early Check in Usually not available. The U Turn to reach property is too far almost takes you 8Km more than crossing the road by walk.

nice affordable place. definitely worth it. balcony is a plus, though not much of a view.

one of the staff wasn’t able to understand us when we asked her to book an elephant sanctuary visit for us and we had to book it by ourselves. however, the next day we asked another staff to book a tour of doi inthanon and she was able to understand us completely and help us out. laundry was very hard to use, had to ask staff to do it for us, giving us less flexibility to do laundry when we wanted.

The location, the price and the staff were very good

The room is clean and well set-up. It has nice design and is really different from other typical room in other hotels. Sockets everywhere so it is convenient for charging mobile devices. Breakfast is simple but is necessary for an early flight for me. Really worth for staying.

It is quite hot even though the air-con is on full operation.

Great staff - very helpful and friendly! Rooms are great - have everything you need! Nice cozy and common lounge room is great! There’s a laundry at the bottom floor which the staff helped me with payments, highly appreciated!

Close to airport / immigration and Central Plaza. Simple but very pleasant breakfast. Everything you need in the room for a comfy stay. I'm a regular customer and am always comfortable. They always prepare a bike for me to ensure the tyres are pumped!!

Nothing. This is my regular stay in Chiang Mai. Have stayed maybe 10 x and am always welcomed as a friend with a smile!

Big room with balcony. Staff was kind and speaking english (most of them) The location was fine.

Parking is small, and you should let your car in neutral mode. Breakfast was not enough. The air conditioner was so loud.
