We stayed in one of the pool access rooms and it was just perfection!

The hotel is located on the edge of the popular Nimman area and is exactly the kind of hotel we were looking for. We spent a few nights in a different hotel on the opposite side of the old town, but wanted to head over to Nimman for a few nights and this hotel is perfect. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are big, the beds are enormous and comfy, and the rainfall shower is pure bliss. The pool is lovely and warm too. I am definitely staying here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

There's nothing I didn't like - we genuinely couldn't find fault with the hotel.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. A nice variety of items to choose from. The welcoming and departing staff were excellent and informative.

The street noise from the room.

In heart of Nimman, so easy access to many shops and restaurants. A little noisy at the restaurant from the street traffic but not bad. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Nice treats in the room that were included in the cost of the room which was nice. The pool is small but very nice and refreshing. The breakfast was wonderful and staff also very nice.

The light fixture kept falling off the wall in the bathroom....Once we figured out how to turn on the hot water, it was fine just a little different.

It was just the right size of hotel for our needs. The pool was quite small but we knew that before we booked the property and having the swim up room and hot tub was just a great extra. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve tried. The choice was amazing and something for everyone in my family The staff were amazing ( all of them) they couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating throughout or stay. We arrived at our hotel about 7.30am/8am and they made sure we were comfortable until our room was ready. It should have been 2pm before we got in but they did their best and had it ready for 11.30am. I would definately go back to this hotel the service was outstanding 10/10

Property is clean and fancy looking. It is relatively new. It is a prime location with several malls and shops within walking distances. The staffs at the reception are friendly and helpful. The doorman and security staff at the entrance are also prudent and alert with their jobs.

Breakfast is a la carte but free flow. The portion for each dishes is very small, like bite sizes. It is very time consuming to wait very long for each dish to come out of the kitchen. We decided to get breakfast outside the hotel by our 3rd day to cut the time wastage. Not major issues but want to raise that room service staffs can be trained better. There were complimentary brownies and wrapped traditional candies offered on our table on the first day, but the staff unnecessarily cleared them all away before we had the chance to get on them on day 2 of room cleaning. Staff overlooked to replenish the tea packages also. No major concern. Overall, good.

Beautiful hotel a short drive from the airport close to the city centre. The staff are exceptional with each and every one going above and beyond to satisfy your every need. The rooms are beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean. There is an extensive range of complimentary drinks and snacks in your room when you arrive. Breakfast is outstanding. The choice is huge and it is all beautifully cooked and presented. The pool area is small, mainly shaded, but beautifully landscaped and furnished. It is a lovely place to relax for an hour or so.

I fail to see how anyone could possibly dislike anything about this hotel.

This hotel clearly exceeded my expectation and this is my first time that I rate a hotel that high. I have been into many 5 stars hotel, but this is beyond that level. I would personally rate this hotel more than 10. Clearly, this hotel ( both the owner and staff ) has a good mindset and the hotel owner and staff is very passionate about their job. The breakfast was actually the best breakfast that I have ever tried, and it is clearly better than most gourmet restaurants and hotels. I never been in a hotel or resort that makes such an excellent breakfast. The room itself was super clean, spacious and also I like the design of the room with Asian influence, all the details of the room is made into perfection. Everyday the hotel gave small presents. Also, this hotel strive to do things better. Any issues that I have had was solved quickly by the hotel staff. This hotel makes me feel home.

Well, it was not really the fault of the hotel, but I accidentally broke one of the coffee cups and I told the hotel about it, and I have had to pay. It was an honest mistake / accident.

I wish I could give this hotel 100/10. Everything was perfection and pristine. In fact, it may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was immaculate and literally every single thing exceeded my expectations from the level of security and kindness of every single member of staff. The hotel provides probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had and the menu is so carefully designed. The area is fabulous with many trendy cafes nearby and sporting activities. The rooms are large with incredibly comfortable beds and very clean (and I can be quite picky with this but they exceeded everything and I had zero complaints). I really do want to thank you all for making this such a beautiful stay in a city I truly adore! I’ll be back!!
