Excellent location. Lots of dining options within walking distance, and near One Nimman and Maya mall. Old town is also not too far away and easy to get to via Grab. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They tried their best to accommodate our requests.

Towels were quite old and worn out. It’s time to retire them and replaced with new ones. There were ants in all the rooms we booked so we had to keep food in the fridge. There wasn't hand soap in the bathroom by default but we were able to get one upon request. Room slippers would have been a bonus.

Great location in Nimman, and not a bad place to stay for the price. Some deferred maintenance, but really a friendly spot with great lobby coffee and excellent breakfast. Wifi fast. Rooms fine...but others need some basic upkeep.

Nimman is a bit distant from where you might want to be in Chiang Mai...it became trendy thanks to social media Japanese and Korean girls doing cute cafes and shops in the Uni-district a decade plus ago, but has fallen on slightly hard times as the clientele has dissipated. Chiang Mai's trendy has moved back to the Old Town, leaving the area good value and still some great eating places, but many empty venues. Norn is perhaps one of the best in the area and good value for money, but suffering from the trend shift a bit.

we love the vibe of the hotel!! the lobby is beautifully decorated. it's located about 10-min walk to One Nimman, with lots of shops and cafes dotted at the surrounding. the room is spacious with ample space for 2 large luggages. the softness of the bed was just right. there is dry and wet separation in the toilet which is a bonus! there is free bottled water at the lobby; the bottle was nicely designed too! everything was great, we enjoyed our 3 nights of stay!

1. Super friendly staff. 2. Free-flow coffee, cold drinks, and water bottle 24 hrs at the reception. 3. Good breakfast. Not a lot of verities. But, everything is so delicious. I love all the food, especially the traditional sweet snack and kha soi. 4. location: nice neighborhood. Lots of beautiful and good cafes, 7/11, and restaurants nearby. A good northern Thai restaurant is just across the road.

one small suggestion- the bath towels should be replaced.

The location was great in Nimman quarter. We were a group of 4 friends and got 2 connected rooms, which was very convenient.

We couldn't check in even a minute before 2 pm, which wasn't so bad, but just know they aren't flexible about it. In one of our rooms, there was some mold on the chair cushion, so there was a bad smell. The breakfast wasn't so diversed. The mattress was directly on the floor without a bed frame, so it wasn't so comfortable to sit on it.

Nice location in the Nimman area. A bit of a walk to get to the old quarter, but we like the exercise. There were many excellent restaurants, massage parlors and coffee shops in the area. Staff were nice and helpful with tour bookings. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection.

The water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

Great location with a nearby laundry and many shops and restaurants. The area around the hotel is touristy and the food were more Korean and it's quite hard to find authentic Thai dishes around the hotel. Nevertheless the hotel was great and good facilities.

Breakfast was buffet style, however it was unlimited and it tasted average.

Good location, easily accessible to restaurants and shopping Cute decor; friendly and professional staff, they all spoke very good English; complimentary drinks available and good breakfast in the morning.

As a slightly disabled, overweight older person, it was a little difficult to climb on and off the platform where the mattresses were. Cute design but not senior friendly

Breakfast is OK, could have been better to include varieties like bread and pastry as well. Love that the hotel provides unlimited drinking water for the guests especially on the hot days and you can even bring out any amount of bottles you like. The hot coffee machine, chocolate , milk and biscuit are free flow which is also a great hospitality for the guests in this small hotel.

Parking is limited. As we drove around Chiang Mai and to Chiang rai, sometimes we could not get a parking in front of the hotel and have to go a little further to park our car. There is one shopping and eateries mall nearby including night market besides the mall which I enjoyed very much.
