No matter is pretty close to the Wall the location of this hotel is good. Walking distance to the main attractions, including temples, restaurants and bars close by. Friendly staff. If you have early tours please let them know in order to have basic breakfast ready for you early in the morning. The hotel is clean. Good value for the room rates. Good breakfast, delicious fruits. I saw some of the guests enjoying the pool area. I do recommend this hotel.

The had great service: ordered a taxi for our departure and above all: when I forgot my i phone they came to the airport to give it to me. Really a great service!!

The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and the included breakfast was good. the room was spacious and comfortable. the pool was a little bit cold as it didn't have any direct sunlight after 10:00 a.m. but it was more than warm enough to get yourself in. I would stay again if I got a good rate again, although I have noticed that it fluctuates quite a lot depending on how busy it is.

it's not that I didn't like it but so people are aware, we were on the 3rd floor with no lift so there was a few stairs, and for some reason our room was the only one that didn't have a bench seat outside it, which would have been nice c303.

Very good location. The room is rather small, but it was ok. The bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is great. The second pool is only a very small pool for children. There are a limited number of sunbeds, with lots of shade. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. It's in a different building. Lots of fruit. We had a problem with the electric kettle they replaced it in the next day. Wifi and AC were working good. There is a free washing machine on the third floor. Even the detergent is free. There is no dryer, but there are lots of hangers.

There were ants in the bathroom. It was not a problem for us, but there are no elevators.

Everything! This place was amazing. The staff (every member) were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. They helped me book activity packages and arranged the transport. They were quite intuitive to my needs while also not hovering. The breakfast was delicious! You can order between maybe 4 different breakfast plates. I ordered the pancakes and it was surprisingly delicious. They provide a more savory breakfast buffet, but also include cereals, yogurt and pastries. The room was comfy and very clean. They provide basic amenities and slippers. The bathroom was also clean. The pool was clean. The location is close to restaurants and a night market. You can also use their washing machine for free and hang your clothes to dry. The entire vibe was relaxing and intimate. I would highly recommend this property!

Nothing! It was great! But keep in mind there are no lifts to get to the 2nd or 3rd floors if you struggle with stairs.

They gave me a free upgrade so I had a much bigger room (and might I say, probably the best view in the entire hotel!). The bed was extremely comfortable, there was water heating, and the wifi was amazing. Staff was also so nice to carry my huge suitcase up the stairs.

There was a rogue cockroach in my room :( And no lift, but to be honest, two flights of stairs won't kill ya. Suck it up!

The bed was great, location great, breakfast good, pool great, service great.They have 2 washing machines and ample undercover space with coat hangers to hang washing all free.Staff are wonderful. The only reason I haven't given excellent for everything is the price

The hotel to us does not reflect the price charged. I realize we booked on the day (my husband just got out of hospital) and it is getting into the tourist season but we are now staying on an island on the beach for the less. Great place but does not warrant the price charged.

Such a great hotel. Cozy, great staff, clean, nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a lot of fruit options and choice for freshly made pancakes, eggs, fried noodles. It's nice to be able to keep the window open for fresh air with the mosquito cover. There are plenty of plugs for charging devices although I had to use a converter for EU plugs. The location is in a quiet alley but so close to all the main areas for sightseeing. Plenty of songthaew passing by, as well as tuktuks. Without traffic, it took just 10 minutes to get to from the airport. Thank you, will stay here again if I come to Chiang Mai.

I was in room C304, which could use some additional soundproofing for music and sound from nearby bars. However it wasn't bad and they close at 1:00.

Comfortable room, bed, and location was good.

The necessity of having to run a gauntlet of smokers and ashtrays to get to either the pool or the exit was not good. If at all possible, put smoking areas somewhere other than where anyone else would want to be or has to pass through.

Everything was beautiful, clean and well-maintained, and our room was enormous. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. There was an ample supply of fresh fruit, warm dishes and western breakfast options as well. We loved the quiet yet central location and felt very relaxed throughout our stay.

There was no pool bar to get a fresh juice or maybe an evening cocktail, that would have been the cherry on top :)
