The hotel really was beyond my expectation. I didnt expect much but it blew my mind from staff service quality, the food, the gym, the furnishings, and mind you it is a 6-year old hotel. The location is also perfect given that we have a car. You get a lot for the price you pay. We even engaged their 2 hour massage service for us in the room which was THB1000 per person. Even the in-room dining was exceptional despite being low price. The hotel had free dance lessons on certain days and bicycle rental was also also free on-site.

Just wish the parking could have been made easier. The parking at the Nimman Mall wasnt bad but they can be full during peak hours in the evening and that can be problematic although we did get our parking on the 5th floor (top floor). We also thought that while the breakfast spread was good, too many offerings had pork in them especially the mains. This doesnt bode well for non-meat eaters or us Muslims. We hoped that this could be changed where either more vegetarian-friendly options are offered and more fish or seafood options as well. The rest was fine. Other than that, the place was great.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast and dinner options were good. The location was very good for walking around and seeing the city. The room was spacious and clean and quiet.

The bathroom was very strange. There were 2 glass "booths"--like an old fashioned phone booth--one for the toilet and another for the shower, and no solid door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, so there was very little privacy when using the bathroom. That also meant there was no way to not wake my travel companion if I used the bathroom during the night--the light shone through the glass wall and into the bedroom.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, we cannot think of any faults! Everything was clean and comfortable, plenty of space is our room and the hotel itself is beautiful. Lovely lobby space and the pool area is fantastic, providing a great view over the city. Breakfast was great with lots of options available and the staff at the hotel are extremely polite and helpful. The location for us was perfect, the area is removed from the busy old town but there is plenty going on, markets etc, and the One Nimman shopping area just opposite the hotel was lovely, offering lots of food options, live music and small shops with local/handmade products. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, you don’t get any noise in the hotel. Would definitely stay again when visiting Chiang Mai in the future.

The location, being close to a shopping mall and many cafés and restaurants. The old town is also within quick reach by bicycle or grab. The lobby area is comfortable with a free drinks and snacks throughout the day. The infinity pool is lovely and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Room is modern and spacious.

My room was in a separate building to the one where the lobby is.

Ideally located in the centre of town. The staff were absolutely amazing, they greated you every morning with a smile. Everything in the hotel was well priced, and the cocktails, food, and service were amazing. Fabulous value for money compared with the other hotels we visited. In Thailand. The gym was well stocked with water, towels, etc. And was fully air-conditioned. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Ciang Mai !

There was nothing, not to like.

Perfect perfect location. Friendly staff. Breakfast time is long 6:30-11:00 which suits for people whether need to start the day early or would like to sleep in. Everything was satisfied.

Rooftop pool is smaller than it seems in the official pictures. Rooftop bar operation time is 12pm-8pm which is usually when tourists are out exploring the town…would be great if it could at least cover the night or the morning.

extremely clean and well kept. The room itself was comfortable, and was routinely tidied by house keeping every day. Breakfast was ok, lots of variety maybe lacking quality. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Location was good, lots of markets nearby. Good location to get a Grab taxi from and for £2-£4 we went to the night bazar, walking street markets etc. Saw a few reviews commenting on noise from nearby bars being a problem, didn’t have this issue at all. The staff give you complimentary ear plugs if you need it anyway which we didn’t. They also offer laundry services.

Swimming pool was freezing, couldn’t use it when we wanted to. Sauna was available but in each changing room male and female, it wasn’t shared so me and my husband couldn’t go into one together which was a shame. Also the toilet in the room is in a glass cubicle and isn’t completely sealed which made privacy difficult.

The location is great in the center of Nimman, and it is within walking distance to One Nimman. The room size is bigger than those hotels in the Old City—decent breakfast for the room price, staff is friendly.

The location is great in the center of Nimman, however, if you drive, try to avoid peak hours as the traffic worsens. During the holiday season, it is difficult to get parking.

The staff were absolutely exceptional. We had a family emergency where our son got lost. The staff did everything and more to help our family. They connected us with all sorts of resources and translated for us. We cannot say enough good things about them. The hotel is located in a great lication around the best restaurants and has great rooms and breakfast.
