About half an hour from the city. Clean and quiet surroundings are their best attributes. Front counter staff we encountered was not good in English so took a while for her to understand us. Breakfast was not spectacular and very simple. For such a big hotel, there isn't even an egg station. There is a simple gym and a lap pool. Nevertheless, the rooms were spacious and clean. Not very good sound proofing though.

The rooms and facility was beautiful. The pool was of a really good size and the restaurant food was delicious.

Some of the spaces were still not super cleaned off from the flood, which is understandable, although it would have made a difference had they cleaned at least the stairs leading to the room. There were not always towels available at the pool. We also frequently heard noises of furniture being moved in room above us.

The property is nice in a quiet area. Rooms are spacious and have a balcony with view on nature. The food at the restaurant was very good.

There is no chair on the balcony.

The property was clean and spacious. Balconies were attached to all rooms. Check in and out process was swift and painless. Really nice pool. Quiet at All times. Plenty of parking. Seems really safe, as the property is within the vicinity of a governmental authority building. Has its own jogging/cycling track that is lit.

Staff does not speak much english. Not their fault. You gotta use google translate or something. There were only 2 (two) bicycles available for use. 2?? in such a huge hotel?? Hope they fix this.

Hotel location was so closed for central of Chiangrai, easy to access and huge facilities. Also the price is reasonable with satisfied the cost I paid.

The security on the night shift was too weird but other staffs were great. One more big concern is room have smoke smell. The front desk quickly response by change the new room.

This resort has a lot of potential but is not maintained well unfortunately. The pool (needs more cleaning though and plants need to be added to make it more private) Friendly staff (but no help to bring my bags to and from the room) The rooms are huge and confortable Nice view from the balcony

Location is far from the city center but I was alone so booked bikes via Grab so super easy Breakfast could have more options but included in the price so very decent

Our room was extremely comfortable and super clean. The hotel is calm and easy going. The staff is excellent and accommodating. The pool is so beautiful.

The location is not the best. Even though the area and the surroundings are amazing it is still a bit far away from the city centre and the main sights.

The room was much better than expected (family room), the hotel is very quiet, the location is good but one will still need a car to get around. The staff were very nice.

Overall cleanliness of the grounds could have been better, the landscaping needs some love :-) too.

Large very clean room overlooking the Kok river,big bathroom, this complex is reasonably new, great pool, breakfast has everything for Thai and western tastes, the manager and reception staff are exceptional, good grasp of English, if no masks they would have been perfect representatives of the Land of Smiles….we’ll be back.

Maybe more attention to the gardens, only because I’m an ex greenkeeper.

Vwry big facility and everything was new, rooms were so nice, big and clean. Breakfast was great. Just at the bank of the river and you can take a walk by the river.

I liked everything the only thing if you dont have your car it might be bit far from shops and restuarants but not far from the town if you drive its perfect location
