Stayed for one night, on the way to the south. As others have said, it needs some refurbishment. However, the rooms are big and clean, and everything is provided. Bed was huge, I have stayed in rooms that were smaller than their king bed. Food was also good, both dinner and breakfast. Large estate, nicely decorated. Staff very nice and helpful.

No makeup mirror. For short person the big mirror behind sink is too far to reach, I cannot even check my face close up.

The staff was awesome. From the day I arrived and the day i departed I was given the best ever treatment. The restaurant Manager was awesome. Just the right person you need for the job. Then the ladies at the reception will guide you all the way. It was my first time in here and I will definitely visit again. I will share my experience with my Oil and Gas colleagues so they also can experience the hospitality in here.

Hotel is okay, but it need some maintenance or a good renovation. Staff is super friendly and helped us with arranging transport. We booked this hotel for some nights to take the ferry to Koh Toa. Amazing big beds and also the room is super specious. Recommendation; the restaurant about 200 m left if you leave the hotel is very good.

Outdated and not a lot to do in the area.

Its the best place to rest if you are in transit and would like a stop over. Nice clean old design, nice pool and whirpool. Lot of options at resturant and the staff is super helpful! Had a nice relaxing time here. The lobby, Gradens, pool area, dinning area everything was spacious and beautiful. The kids play room had lot of things for kids. Wifi was super fast!

There is no concept of Taxi in chumphon. They should have a 24hours Taxi available as international travellers are use to of public transport or at least inform guests in advance as its not normal in rest of the world. Bathroom showers needs some plumbing as the cold and hot waters keeps swapping. Its a shame that the beach was across the main road and was not clean at all.

The resort is pleasant and large in well kept grounds. The staff were amazing though and I would say it's worth the stay just because of the pleasant staff ☺️ I would have loved to have seen it in its heyday but as with much of Thailand it appears as if one day everyone said "I'm done" and stopped caring. I liked the pool..

The hotel feels and looks a bit dated,

We stayed there only for one night since our girl got sick so we couldn’t use much of the hotel facilities. What we experienced was that the room was very spacious and the bed was very very very comfy. The hotel is beautiful and the garden too. It’s located just across the street to the beach.

The hotel management should start thinking about renovation by now. It looked a bit outdated.

The hotel is situated near a bay with ships and islands. It has a great swimming pool. The breakfast was awesome. It was quiet and comfy

The golfcourse belonging to the hotel is closed. I hope they revive it soon

the room I stayed in was quite old and could need a general refreshment, difficult to complain of anything, considering the price that was indeed Good value. but a good advice : make the water supply stable when shower, irritating with first hot then cold water every moment.

Location, staff, breakfast, room, pool and the Bed - everything was really great!!! We had a wonderful time, though it was only one night, next time we’ll stay longer for sure!
