The room is so big and comfortable. Bathroom get dry in pretty quick and the cleaner did a good job making up the room every morning. Even though balcony don't have a good view but better than nothing. Aircon is cold.

Nearby don't have 711. Need to walk about 7/8 minutes. The location wise not that strategic compared to the others.

The hotel allows us to check in earlier which we appreciate a lot. Location is ok. Walking distance to many interesting cafe. Simple room. It's ok as most of the time will be outside enjoying the attractions. Grab Ride is easy. Quiet from the busy town.

Only local TV channels with local language. Shower heating a bit haywire. Need to fine tune to get the right heat. Not many facilities but it's ok coz we were out most of the time.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. each room our room was thouroughly cleaned. We were close enough to the Bangkok Hospital, for which we arrived - walk by foot, and close also with a short taxi ride to the Festival mall. Design was also nice and welcoming!

didn't have a transmitor that fitted my cables, but a quick hop to the 7-eleven solved it.

Can check in early but depends on the room avaibility. We arrive at 9am and we can check in that early! We can freshen up before sight seeing there which make us happy and fresh.

Need to iron at the designated place which located at level 1 or ground floor. The location a bit far but its good because the area quite at night and no noice disturbance. Just book grab and you are good to go.

only when I ask for extra pillow for me & wife they can only supply 1 extra. if need 2nd extra need to charge 50bahts. I had been staying in hotels n extra pillows always granted with no charges.

Room was spacious and clean, staffs were friendly and helpful, air conditioning works well, place was quiet and peaceful.

Since the place is at a relatively quiet place, it's not easy to find foods. But since we have a car it's not really a problem for us.

Peaceful location with nice view. Easy travel around town & downtown. Nice parking area with safety and camera entry place. Tip top room cleanness and decorations. Larger balcony area for clothes hanging and sign seeing.

Hard to find any tuk-tuk outside hotel if stay without own transport. No nearby 7 eleven by walking distance around hotel area. When wanna come back hotel, less tuk-tuk driver know this hotel location.

Right across the road facing the best halal restaurant including crab laksa in hatyai Peaceful location with ample parking
