The hotel was sparkling clean and the rooms were well equipped with essentials . As the hotel is small , we then get to enjoy the very best of Thai hospitality from Ms Chin . Ms Chin welcomed us from day one and went all the way out to arrange a private tour for us . We felt like home and it will always be our choice of stay when we visit HatYai again . Thank you to Ms Chin for making us so comfortable ..💞

The hostel owner is at the reception and assisted us with the best kind of hospitality she could ever summon. Very helpful. Speaking English. Room is nice and clean. High quality stuffs offered. Best toilet paper I have so far in Thailand. Services is TOP. Internet and Netflix works well. Shower& water pressure is good. Bed is thick and comfortable. Aircon is nice and quiet. Recommended. Overall : TOP. all five stars.

My room face roadside. To request a not facing road room would be recommended if you were sensitive to noise. Mine was fine.

The property lives up to its name of a Poshtel, a posh hotel :). Very clean, good quality bedding and amenities. Blackout curtains are awesome for those who wish to sleep-in. Able to park our car right in front of the hotel, which was perfect for accessibility and convenience. Double security with card access to main door and key lock to the room. It's located just a short drive (walkable even) from downtown which offers the perfect quietness we enjoy. Mini Big C, Lotus, 7-11, a market, restaurants (Cook Chai Dim Sum & local food) and massage by experience masseurs are just a short walk away. The owner, Chin, is very friendly and accommodating and provides excellent recommendation for food choices.

Highly recommended place to stay in Hatyai. We arrived earlier than expected and were surprised that the host, Chin, answered my phone call and greeted us at the front door within minutes. Chin is such a lovely person that we felt so comfortable once we step into the home. Room and bathroom are sparkling clean and we are amazed that each room has a different theme ... even the shampoo and shower gel matched with the each theme. Location is excellent with nice food and shopping available within walking distance but it is also a quiet place away from the busy streets for a good night sleep. We'll be back to Hatyai just to stay in Goodnight Poshtel.

None. Everything exceeded our expectation.

The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, shower is great & the location is excellent. Not in the middle of the hustle & bustle of the city hence it has privacy. The property is about 5-10 mins walk to Haadyai festival mall, 20 mins walk to greenway & asian night markets. 5 mins walk to night & morning local market. Lots of local cafes & eatery nearby. This is my second time staying at this property. The owner Khun Chin is very warm and hospitable.

Nothing. But in all fairness if you come with a car, you’d probably will find it difficult to park as it has a limited amount of parking spaces.

Nice welcome drink when we arrived. We let her know when were arriving and she put the Aircon on so the room was refreshing (nice touch, thanks). The host was pleasant and I'm sure could not do enough for us. We left our bags during the day while we explored, she left a bite saying take the key and just return it when we're finished.

The shower was a little irregular in temperature and we discovered a few ants that had moved in overnight which knocked off a couple of points.

Everything. The host, Ms Chin is superb. She is very kind, very nice and trying her best to fullfill guest's needs. The check in check out procedure is as simple as staying friend house as the host said. She also reserve the parking for us and even let us park at the safer place when overnight. I love everything here and will definitely come back in the future. The design od lobby very nice and cozy. Room is simple yet nice. Aircond works so well, toilet is superb clean. The welcome drink is nice and just perfect during hot weather. All perfect🙏🙏

Overall is the hotel provide exceptional good service. Ms Chin the operator of the hotel is so kind to help pack food for us so we can hv lunch during a train ride back to KL., besides in arranging transport and guide us for good foods. Execellent service with clean and comfy bed.

The hostess was very warm and helpful. She booked our bikes for us to use through the trip and recommended places we should go (or shouldn't). The room was clean, simple and the location was great! It was around 10 minutes or so to a shopping mall, night market. Hat Yai is a wonderful place of good food and lovely people.

At night it could get a bit noisy, bikes that pass by are pretty loud.
