The hotel located at the center of city. We arrive around 1130am (Thai time), and staff give us early check in. The hotel also very near to Hat Yai Train Station (450m), no need to take tuktuk. But, if you want take tuktuk, only 150B. The hotel close with the Lee Garden Night market (250m), Kai Tod Decha famous restaurant (250m), 7e and other restaurant, so easy for us to find food and Jalan-Jalan cari makan. Also have Thai Massage and Spa nearby.

The bed. haha..But ok la with the price.

We absolutely loved the strategic location it was at! It was a walking distance to some of the places we've planned on the trip: Lee Gardens Plaza, Kim Yong Market, Kai Tod Decha. And even if it wasn't walking distance, riding Grab was very convenient and cheap. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming too, the whole check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. The room was also very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed.

There's just no elevators here, but luckily the staff's were very friendly and helped us to bring our luggage to the 2nd floor by stairs. Cant imagine if we were on the 5th floor though.

The place is clean with basic necessity, comfortable for me, shared bathroom. Although its a rented room but still an upgrade from a shared dorm with a cheap price (for me). You cant beat the location tho.. Walking distance to everything. Easy access to amenities shops & breakfast lunch joints. The lady who manage it was also nice. Would like to stay there again if visit.

Language barrier. its not too bad.. But still it would be nice to have someone understanding what you're saying.

Great location which is at the center of the city. You can just walk to go anywhere nearby (Lee Garden, Kimyong Market). The owner allowed us for early check in (12.30pm) after the room cleaned. The staff was also friendly. Gentle reminder that this hotel does not have elevator. Luckily our room on the second floor. You can ask for iron at the hotel reception. Overall, we are satisfied staying here.

The room is spacious, clean and very near to the city centre. Just walking distance to Night market at Lee Garden plaza, famous restaurant kaitod decha, hamid restaurant, 7-11 and other attractions spot. To those who reached Hadyai by Suasana Tour travel, the bus will stop just next to the residence. Friendly and helpful owner.

No lift just staircase to reach the 2nd floor. Expected, as it is a normal shop lots that converted to rooms for stay.

Excellent location just 5 minutes walk to Lee Garden Night Market. For Travelling by bus stop in front of the Hotel. For FEMALE solo traveller available Female Private Room (Female Floor). Comfortable HOTEL ROOM with the price and convenience location in the city and several 7eleven surrounding the hotel. :)

No Elevator

The location was great! It was within walking distance to the Lee Garden night market. The front office staff were very friendly. For those coming from Malaysia by bus, the bus stopped right at the doorstep of the hotel.

The mattress was quite hard and there was a musty smell in the family room.

Lady boss is friendly and helpful. Although we have a lot of requests, she will try her very best to fullfill our request as well. Overall, the room is spacious, cozy with nice matress, not so noisy during night time even it located in centre of Hatyai city. Sure will be my first choice again when I revisit Hatyai.

Owner very friendly, will fulfill your request if possible eg arrange transportation, day trip and recommend worth to eat places. Location within walking distance to Lee Garden night market, Kimyong market. Kan Eng restaurant, Chokdee dim sum, Pa-ad fresh milk, Betong chicken rice and 秋哥国际猪脚饭.

Wifi very poor.

excellent stay! the room was clean and the lady boss is super friendly we arrive the hotel and she allow us to check in Ard 10am. she was very helpful, she help us to find transportation back to custom and offered us room to room massage service. definitely will go back and stay for next trip !
