The minute I arrived, I was impressed by the service, hospitality and delightful facilities. What a beautiful location on the Gulf of Thailand. Lemon who was managing the front desk was very delightful and helpful. I then had a 24-hour flu stomach virus and Ray at the front desk was so helpful in helping me be delivered to the hospital and was checking with me regularly, along with other staff to ensure that I was ok after returning. I will never forget this great hotel. The first question that hotel staff should ask is how they can make so happy that you'll return again. I'll return again to this hotel because of the work and service from this staff.

Nothing I didn't like. They even have a tennis court and basketball court.

I stayed at this hotel 12yrs ago and it was as beautiful as I remembered when I revisited - this size of the rooms are excellent, beautiful balcony and I felt amidst nature with all the trees and abundant greenery. The facilities are excellent and a generous choice of food for breakfast.

The location is tricky being away from other shops and a ride away from Hua Hin so if you want to explore you need transport. I found the food and drinks at the hotel overpriced and I personally, did not like the coffee.

Hua Hin Anantara is a beautiful resort with extremely friendly and helpful staff members! Also their reservations department was flexible with us and we could change our stay during the week. Absolutely fabulous greenery and decorations. The breakfast is amazing, great amount of food options. The swimming pool is very nice, there are complimentary towels and water to stay hydrated. Overall, highly recommend to stay here if you want to relax.

The massage sessions are literally 10 times more expensive compared to the prices in the town. I understand if it would be 3 or 4 times more expensive, but 10 times just seems excessive. I've not seen a single person take one in the entire week we were there. The location of the resort is OK, but definitely not great. Every time you want to go anywhere you need a taxi.

The space is just awesome and the facilities, while a little dated, give you a homey feeling and a certain level of privacy because the room and building layout allow that level of discreetness. The service is good, staff at the restaurant and at reception are attentive.

The original breakfast restaurant (the restaurant facing the sea) and some portions of the property are currently under renovation. It diminishes the quality of the experience. Food at the restaurant during breakfast, while on buffet, always run out, especially towards end time. It's disappointing. Also, the beach is dirty. Well, you can't expect a good beach in this part of Hua Hin.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, the greenery is superb. The tropical plant life and lakes make you feel so happy. The service was outstanding, the prices of food and drink are so reasonable. The breakfast was amazing. The place is small enough to be intimate but big enough to have space. This truly is a special place to stay.

Nice environment, beautiful with lagoons. Quiet. Close to the sea, also there is no proper beach (but not an issue for me, and I knew beforehand). Staff is nice. Very good breakfast with variety (although quite crowded).

Minor details - but that's a 5 stars hotel so ... Room (sea view suite) was a bit dark. Not much plugs, especially near the bed. While at breakfast or lounge by the pool, orders of drinks were forgotten or took too much time. Fitness room is so so. Afternoon canapé at Lagoon Bar is quite poor and was disappointing - low quality items and not much selection. (had better experience in different hotels)

The hotel staff does a great job. The hotel is big and beautiful. Well maintained and very clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

There are not enough sunbeds / chairs in the pool area corresponding to the number of guests in the hotel. Please note that this hotel is far from the shopping and entertainment center, but you can order a taxi from the hotel at a cost of about 200 BTH

I don’t even know where to start…the staff is very professional and always friendly and helpful, especially Ray helped us out a lot. The location is beautiful and the food for breakfast and in the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were kept very clean and every evening we got a little „wishing you a good night“ note, I will certainly come back!!! We stayed for 1 week and I enjoyed every minute:-)

Nothing to complain…..

The entire staff are an outstanding bunch, front office guys very helpful in arranging local travel & gave good suggestions on places to visit. Even though the place is away from town, getting a taxi / tuktuk is easy. The breakfast spread was excellent with large variety. The beach looks muddy but shallow, allows you to go far.

Renovation work was underway and it was very noisy when we had lunch at the beach front / Pool side Restaurant. Limited choice of menu, if you prefer to have lunch or dinner at the resort.
