Bed bugs! I believe were just a little unlucky as apart from this it's super clean, and the rooms service was superb, however I do have to mention it. It's a pest when this happens. Wasn't a major but an irritant none the less for my partner and I.

Spacious, clean, friendly staff, location and amenities. We got 2 rooms, the family suite which was very huge and its on the top floor with a nice view, the gym coffee and snack bar is also there. People can stay, relax and work also as the place is huge. The location is closed to the beach, around 10 mins walk. Market village mall is just 5 mins walk, where you can get lunch and dinner for very affordable price. Maleesa also have pool and the place is very secured. You can also cook and heat your food. They also have kitchen utensils. We also stayed in their Superior studio and its also spacious and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again as we were planning to go back next year.

The location is really convenient, close to the main shopping mall and the beach. Kitchen facilities are great, there are washing machines and dryers available if needed. We stayed for over ten days here, will come back if we visit HuaHin again.

the view is not good, our room faces the park of the shopping mall. but luckily that's not too noisy and we don't stay in all the time.

Super clean and well equipped rooms. Staff were very friendly. AC was nice and cold. There is a cute little swimming pool and some roof top seating that has nice breezes. Location is quite convenient to get around Hua Hin. There is covered car and motorbike parking.

The Internet was hit and miss. Fine for casual surfing but not consistent enough for work. Noisy: my room faced the parking lot of the shopping centre so from 8:30 am until 9:30 pm you have vehicles driving by your room; some with very loud exhaust. I am sure it is much quieter if you get a room facing South. I personally wouldn't stay here again simply because the internet is insufficient for my needs but I think it's a great little hotel; especially because you get a well equipped kitchen and seating area which is very uncommon.

Good location in a quiet residential street. Huge room excellent beddings and strong shower which is important for me as I go everyday to do kitesurfing hotel looks very new and well maintained keep up the good work.

Other than the reception which looks posh, the hotel looks very dark at night except the light coming out of the occupied rooms feels like a vacant building maybe they should have exterior facade solar lighting

Room was a good size, in a good location next door to shopping mall with food court but quiet. Easy walk to beach though across a busy road but there is an overpass next to mall. Plenty of tuk tuks outside mall to get to town centre though could walk, bout 20 mins. Had a couple of minor issues with room which were dealt with immediately.

The room smelt musty, didn't appear damp and couldn't quite work out where it was coming from. Did get used to it so not massive issue as seemed to dissipate with air conditioning.

This efficiency-apartment-development-turned-hotel is clean and well designed. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. The rooftop sitting area with morning coffee was an unexpected bonus; we enjoyed the rooftop very much. The building has covered parking, though not enough parking for every unit to bring their own car. kudos to the management, you’re getting some things right.

Very clean and convenient. All the amenities and beach a 5 minute walk away. Next to village Market mall. A local hub with minibus transportation available. Modern and well maintained. Staff is exceptionally good, helpful, friendly, and kind. Best front desk staff

The staff were excellent. Receptionist Sukanya is really helpful - nothing is too much trouble. She even lent me her moped for a couple of hours one afternoon! Even the room cleaner spoke English. Unusual for Thailand
