Impeccable service. Every staff member greets you with a smile and a ‘sawasdee’. We had a pool villa which is beautifully decorated. Buffet breakfast has a good variety including Thai dishes which I love. Walking distance to night market of Hua Hin and other nearby eateries. Loved daybeds around pool area

The beach isn’t great but that’s not what you go to Hua Hin for. Good for a splash around and a morning walk (if it’s low tide).

We loved our stay! Thank god we chose to stay at the Oceanside because we had no idea there were 2 different sides of the hotel. (U literally had to cross the street to get to the other side of the Villa just to use the bigger pool but we didn’t mind) Spent most of our times sun tanning by the Ocean and the food was great! Everything was great! Would definitely come back!

The fact that u had to walk out of the hotel, cross the street to get to the other bigger pools, spa and also buffet restaurant. But as I said, we didn’t mind exploring.

It's a wonderful gem of a boutique hotel close to the centre of Hua Hin. From the time we arrived all the staff we had contact with were attentive and really friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, beautiful soft towels and the mini fridge contents of free beer's soft drinks, milk and chocolate bars were replenished each day. Literally no charge, a really nice unexpected touch. Breakfast had a good selection of European and Asian food and everything was kept well replenished. Although the town is only a short distance the complementary tuk tuk was really useful. The swimming pools are lovely and warm, not huge but long enough for a holiday dip/cool down swim. This hotel has a lovely relaxing chilled atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff at the Putahracsa for making our stay so enjoyable we will definitely come back again

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Hua Hin night markets, making it easy to explore local culture and cuisine. If you’re looking to relax by the beach, this spot is ideal. The restaurant at the hotel deserves special mention; the food was absolutely amazing! Every dish I tried was delicious, enhancing my overall experience. One area for improvement would be the hot water; it wasn’t as hot as I prefer for showers. If you enjoy really hot water, you might find this a bit lacking. Overall, I have no major complaints and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful beach getaway with great dining options nearby.

Communications with the hotel prior to staying was easy and very quick responses to queries. On arrival we were upgraded to a Sandsky deluxe room which was really lovely, very spacious for the two of us and great for reorganising ourselves after three weeks of moving every few days. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious, with a good selection of fruits, cereals, pastries, salads, cooked dishes, Asian and European and eggs made to order. Well worth getting up for! The swimming pool area was friendly and always seemed to have enough sun beds for everyone. The pools are a nice size for a decent swim too. Every member of staff was friendly and spoke much better English than my my Thai! They are an asset to the organisation and running of this great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return if we are back in Hua Hin again.

Loved the on-site restaurant Food good value Breakfasts delicious, loved the fresh juicer, cakes were yummy, fresh baked goods very welcome. Spacious, clean room. Quiet setting. Staff friendly and welcoming and tried hard to please. Room service excellent.

Shuttle service only 1 way and only part way. Location far away from the 2 major shopping malls. Had to get a taxi or tuk tuk Lack of information regarding tours. Lack of information regarding shopping facilities Needed a folder in rooms to give guests this type of information. No information regarding voucher use. Do not disturb sign on door but we had our room cleaned anyway. Aircon rather noisy at night.

I'd recommened this for recharged and relaxed during vacations, clean and cozy. There was near night market ans staff very friendly and professional service.

The two pools are great, we spent a lot of time there, great breakfast (one of the best with their own bakery, with fresh croissants and bread everyday). Big assortment and of great quality. They even serve eggs Benedict. Beachside restaurant offers good quality international and Thai food, though not cheap, well worth trying. Free Minibars ( for the first batch) and welcome fruits.. staff are all very friendly.. they have comfortable bed. Great location..all in all, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Not really. If I have to name one, could be the staircases that could be unfriendly for those who have mobility problem. We do not have problem with that. Only the step in the bedroom could be a potential problem if going to toilet during the night.
