Lovely, friendly owner and staff. The pool is amazing, nice chill out areas, lush, well kept gardens with abundant orchids. Good breakfast selections with good coffee and great lunches. free bicycles. Bungalows are clean, with aircon and comfy beds. Nice quiet location.

Bungalows have aircon but could benefit from having fans mounted on the wall either side of the bed.

I absolutely loved my stay at Thai House. The private bungalows were so charming and the small size of the resort felt like you were in your own private oasis. The staff was so kind and the breakfast was amazing. I took advantage of the bikes for use and was able to ride to the beach for sunrise and coffee. Overall great experience and would absolutely be back.

The location was a bit far from the markets and main attractions of Hua Hin but getting a taxi was very easy. Great place if you want to relax by the pool and have some solitude.

We spent 5 nights at the resort and were very happy with our stay. The setting is quite idyllic and perfect if you want a quiet few days away from the city. The pool is excellent and bigger than it looks from the pictures. There are also plenty of seating areas and sun loungers around the pool. The gardens are pretty and well maintained. The food from the cafe/restaurant is also good and was available until 4pm. For dinner we enjoyed Cafe 101 which is just a few minutes walk round the corner.

Gorgeous Teak - Thai style individual traditional bungalows with your own outside space. & seating area. Beautiful gardens surrounding a lovely small pool. Very tranquil & private location. The breakfast choice & presentation was first class. I must say that the staff were all exceptional from the manager,to the gardeners. They were only a small team but, made us feel very welcome during our 2 week stay. We would definately return. A great place to chill & relax.

I wanted to share my experience of a touching service provided by the staff of Thai House Resort in huahin In the evening on 19/4, we had hired a car and had been driving along the highway heading to the resort, the car suddenly broken down without traffic accident. We seeked help via the phone of the Hire Car Company. Owing to language barrier, we came acrossed difficuities a lot and did not know how to do. Fortunately, we successful contact resort staff, Miss Chorthip immediately turned up for assistance. She arrived in a short while. Meanwhile, a volunteer police officer also attended for help by patrolling thereat. Miss Chorthip communicated with all parties concerned and solved all our problem. Also she accompanied us at highway for two hours until she could conveyed all of us back to the hotel. Miss Chorthip not only rendered her great help as well as demonstrated her professionalism. She said one phase word ' In Thailand, contrbition to society is our sprit' which made all of my friends unforgotable. ' The case impressed us so much and now we would like to convey our sincere appreciation to whom may concern regarding Miss Chorthip and the police officer.

very clean and well maintained food was nice (the congee and pad krapow moo is really delicious) we rent a car and drove around in huahin so location is not a main concern to us

I liked the cabins with the nice woodwork and the retreat area with a beautiful pool. Everything is very esthetic, from decorations with flowers, to the lights around the pool in the night, the Breakfast is exceptionally good. Staff is very good, but they could be a little more talkative which would have given the retreat a more familiar atmosphere (almost only the owner was the one who talked).

it’s a little off the track - far away from the city and other services. I don’t know as it’s a retreat, there should be offer of massage that the godets could book and so do e from outside could give massage. I think there might be people who would pay for learning how to cook a few Thailandese dishes. I’m a summary, I lack of more activities when staying there.

We liked everything about it, it was I quiet time of year I suppose. There were no screaming kids around and after a few days in busy Bangkok, it was the best. we have stayed at many resorts, some with 5 stars. Thai house deserves at least 4 star's.

it is a fair distance from Hua Hin, 20km, so a hiring a bike is needed and are available from the resort.

Beautiful and relaxing. The gardens and pool area were stunning and the rooms were super cute. Staff were amazing. However, it is a long way from anything so it is difficult to get transport into the main part of Hua Hin (Grab was never around the area). This is fine if you need peace, quite and to de-stress (which I did). There is one very lovely place to eat a couple of minutes walk from Thai house (turn right as you walk out the main gate and go up the hill). 7-11 is a long way so bring snacks, noodles etc.

This place is so beautiful! We stayed for two nights during Thai holidays, guests included Farang and Thai families, and everyone was very quiet and respectful during our stay. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms very functional. The TV is ridiculously small, it doesn't make sense having any it at all. The swimming pool is huge, with plenty of play balls to keep kids (us) entertained. It's cleaned every morning. There's also plenty of high quality sun loungers to use. The breakfast is high quality with enough variety so as not to get bored, but it can take a while to arrive if they're busy. The area is completely safe and we were happy leaving our place unlocked. The staff are very hospitable and always on hand.

I waited around an hour for breakfast on the first day, but it was a Thai holiday weekend and they were at full capacity, so it wasn't completely unexpected.
