Room was very big and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were super nice and helpful. Pool view is amazing. In room massage service for 400-450 TBH.

Shower stream was very weak to the point it was hard to take a proper shower. Noise isolation wasn't great, on Friday there was a concert somewhere nearby and the music was disturbing, if you have noisy neighbors you will hear them. There is no elevator and it was hard to come and go with the stroller, good thing we were on the 2nd floor and the staff helped us when we asked for help. The pool is on the roof so lots of stairs to take to get there, also there is no ladder or stairs to go into the pool, you gotta jump in and climb out of the pool. Breakfast has 3 meal options which we didn't really like. There were also ants on the fruits box in the breakfast buffet.

Staff were amazing and very helpful! Especially reception staff. We booked a private taxi through them for an entire day of travels. When we had to check out early to catch the train to BKK, the staff offered to pack the breakfast for us and called the taxi as well. The hotel is located at a quiet yet accessible area, walking distance to River Kwai Bridge and many restaurants. Big room with nice rustic ambience. Beautiful scenery of jungle from the balcony as well. There’s also a rooftop pool and pool table which we enjoyed.

Showering experience: Shower water spray was weak and shower head is fixed. Therefore to be under the shower, you would have to step into a step-down drainage area. Was also hard to get hot water.

The staff were a pleasure, the room and balcony were huge, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was better than expected. Would stay again.

In room 206 the bottom shower seal needs replacing as it would soak the bathroom floor. The aircon was freezing, even after we’d reduced the fan setting and increased the temperature, so bring warm pyjamas. The lighting in the bathroom could be improved because it was very dark and hard to see in the mirror. The balcony could do with a table for setting a drink down and enjoying the scenery more comfortably.

There was a huge hive right in front of our balcony, so there was no way we could enjoy our small terrace. The shower was not working properly, it should be easy to fix As stated in other comments, breakfast was less than average, which is a pity cause its easy to improve Outside of the city center, either 50 minutes walk or taxi (85baths) so a bit far. No restaurant at the hotel

We spent three nights here and loved it! The rooftop pool is excellent, the staff very friendly and the rooms are very nice. The best hotel in the area by far. Also, the hotel arranged a great cycling tour with a wonderful guide.

Some steps to get out of the pool would be helpful and perhaps some more buffet options at breakfast would be good but these are minor quibbles that should not put anyone off booking this place.

We liked the room and view from our window. There is no lift but the staff will take your bags to your room the roof top pool was a nice touch with a great view . Breakfast was very enjoyable and the hotel location was great for going to the bridge over the river kwai

We didn't like the shower had no hot water. We did ask them to fix it which they quickly did but the next morning the shower was cold again

Good located close to River Khwae Bridge. many restaurants and groceries stores near by. Amazing view to mountains from swimming pool. Swimming pool opens until midnight. Breakfast gourmet with good options.

Location is not near to city, train station or bus station but free bikes available. English language with limitations but compensated with staff's good will.

The hotel had a very contemporary feel with everything needed for a short stay, plus a fabulous roof top pool available to use until midnight. The staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating to make our staff enjoyable.

Only a minor criticism, but it would have been easier if some of the staff had better knowledge of English language - This in no way detracts from the overall experience & we would thoroughly recommend this hotel

The room was really big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. On the 2nd floor, we had a good balcony with a view of the greenery which was nice. I think you would wish they had a lift if you had a room on a higher level. Breakfast was good. Pool was lovely and had great views, but was a bit tricky to get out off with no steps. We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs.
