We drove around Koh Chang and think this location is absolutely BEST! The hotel is located in a private area combining 3 hotels (it's like a mini village). There is private beach and a restaurant. You can easily walk around but if needed there are staff driving guests around. They will also provide a shuttle to nearest 7-Eleven. We rented scooter for 10 days from the hotel and everything was just fine with it. There are 2 pools, both super nice. Also the gym is good. It was comfy, clean and quiet place. Just what we needed! And also the breakfast was good.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable. On the positive side, the hotel's taxi service was reliable and efficient, but we’d still recommend renting a scooter for more freedom to explore the area. The real highlight, however, was the stunning beach. The palm trees, soft sand, and crystal-clear water made every moment by the sea absolutely perfect. Despite the small drawbacks, the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere truly made up for everything.

We did encounter some minor issues with the toilet drainage. The breakfast was decent, but after two or three days, it became a bit repetitive – some more variety would be a nice improovement.

The facilities were exceptional, the room was beautiful and clean. Staff came to clean the room every day and stocked up the tea, coffee and water. The breakfast was fantastic with a western and thai style buffet. It was a nice stroll to the beach, but there were also services available to take you where you want to go within the resort, including the nearby 7/11.

Some facilities were worn out and need better upkeep like the golf course and the Bamboo gym. We also had an issue with our laundry being late which caused us to almost miss our ferry.

Resort is Great. Rooms are spacious, clean, new, look great, view is good. While it looks great note that koh Chang is big and the resort is quite far from the popular beaches. So ideal for families, couples or in general if you want a resort experience.

I had the room 2111 and got a very good price for it last minute. The problem is that next to this room is the elevator, the storage and stuff rooms and they left this door open and there was a lot of noise when they cleaned. Also the room next to me which was supposed to be a normal room was used as a storage room as well. So again noise and it felt as if I’m the janitor. I tried ordering a breakfast bag twice as I had training in the morning: I told them the night before as requested by them and the next day, they forgot to prepare it. Second time I got a bag but it was awful. Nothing compared to the real breakfast which is alright except for the coffee.

The whole area is really nice and well maintained.The room was spacious and quite modern, with a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and it was a pleasure to stay there. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I did not necessarily like the location (but I must admit we booked very last minute and I did not do much research). If you're looking for a place to stay and enjoy the beach and pools - you won't mind. However, this is not the perfect location if you tend to do a lot of sightseeing around the island. The resort is huge and consists of many different hotels. We had a motorbike so we used it to get around, but otherwise you have to rely on the resort drivers or just walk a lot. The breakfast was typical Thai but really disappointing. Not as much fresh fruit or vegetables as I had hoped for.

Room size, it was spacious for 5 persons in family suite. We enjoyed the marina view from balcony and to go to the beach, just 2 minutes shuttle ride. It was kinda 2 in 1 place, both beaches and marina. The room is new but the building and lift kinda spooky at night, but all the rest, cant complain with this price. We enjoyed the pool so much. Breakfast was basic. Cleaned beaches with great gym. I felt like i should have stayed longer as the areas were really nice and can walk to the other side which we didnt. Definitely will come back

we ordered a cocktail and it came in plastic cup. Towels get changed overnight which we didnt want it to be changed just to save the planet (and the sign in the room)but seemed like they just change them everyday.

This is a must stay resort at Koh Chang. it’s only less than 3 Kilometers from the closest Ferry pier. This is a real 5 stars resort with very affordable pricing. You could rent a motorbike to get around or just walk. There are only less then 1.5 miles to the town, 7-Eleven stores. We’ll stay at this place again.

The complex is situated on a gorgeous bay, and we felt like we pretty much had the entire place to ourselves - the scenery, white beaches, warm sea and gorgeous pool were stunning. Friendly staff at breakfast and at the pool bar and drinks/food could be charged to the room at the beach club area.

The complex is made up of a couple of resorts, plus some rental and owned properties. It was still really quiet when we visited in October/Nov but the resort is sprawling and therefore a free golf buggy is on hand to take you from your accommodation to reception, breakfast and even the nearest 7-11. It just means you might need to plan your day a little ahead or be prepared to wait 10 mins for a golf buggy lift on occasion. Could do with a shop on site really for room essentials and maybe some souvenirs.

One of the best hotels in Koh Chang. Nice modern room. Comfortable bed. Big 49" TV. Lovely pools and picturesque beaches including coral reef to snorkel. Nice cool gym. Can ride your own motor bike around large grounds or call for staff to take you around in a golf cart. Adequate breakfast with lovely view. Hassle free check in/out. Early check in was no problem if room ready. Wished I had stayed there sooner for longer rather than some other old neglected resorts for the same price.

Bit far away from anywhere, so only really feasible with your own transport unless you want to just not leave.

The breakfast was very good as well as the view of the restaurant on the beach. when i booked this hotel, i did not know that the hotel was part of such a huge report covering the whole northeast of the island. The room was very large and clean. The airco was just working perfectly. We stayed 2 days there and the resort had enough facilities to spend time there.
