-Absolutely everything !! - the wifi is perfect ! I need very good wifi for video calls and haven't had any problem once -I stayed in several 4-5* accomodations around asia but the service couldn't be compared to this place :) -The owners (very sweet couple) are the nicest people and will do literally anything to make your stay the best possible -amazing view from room, amazing location close to everything, the beach is really nice -they provide it all - transport, tours, motorbike rental, laundry washing, coffee, water in glass bottles - daily refill, beach towels....

I have stayed here before and found it to be very good, and so I returned. There seemed to be something going on as the price went up drastically during my stay so I could not extend further, but this appeared to be across Thailand in the week of the 10th February. The room was nice and quiet, the location is just a few minutes walk to the main strip and overlooked the beach. For the rate, I would have liked to see some tea/coffee making in the rooms as I get up super early and nobody is awake and would like a coffee on the nice balcony first thing, but thats just a small preference.

Amazing place!! Pay the extra for the sea view it is incredible. We chose to extend 2 nights but could’ve stayed here for weeks. Perfectly situated for the beach, with access to 7/11 and some little shops and restaurants by foot. We chose to rent a scooter from the hotel which was in great condition with helmets provided. We liked that in the rooms you are given bowls, plates and cutlery so you can eat on your balcony. The non sea view room we had on the last night had a huge outdoor area with a lovely dining space to enjoy. Staff were great, providing us with recommendations to see, eat, and the best beaches. Sad to be gone!!

Nothing - amazing!!!

Superb place to stay to feel at home and relaxed. Run by a lovely couple, we arrived after a few days at the Southern Lanta resort while I had food poisoning. They prepared our room early and took real care of me which was lovely. The room is lovely, quiet with great views. It has a fan and a new AC so is super comfortable. The area is gorgeous, green with a quiet local beach you can walk to the opposite island to at low tide. In the area you have Blue Bird taxis (lovely local taxi service) and THE BEST local seafood at Sea, Sand, Soul. Just a few minutes walk away is Le Local - incredible authentic Italian food run by a lovely Italian-Thai couple. Quite simply our favourite little local area in Thailand, very few tourists and just a great vibe. Lanta MP is a little slice of chill and we’ll be back. Run by truly lovely people who also make the most amazing iced coffee. The have bikes and motorbikes and even organised our boat ride home and laundry at the exact price they are charged. So kind and generous. Thank you!

Beautiful little hotel in a quiet road next to the beachfront of Saladan. Everything is within walking distance. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The place does not provide breakfast, but there's a very good cafe-bakery just around the corner (open from 7:30 am). Rooms are really comfy, as is the open lobby. Nice to hang out there. There's also a coffee corner in the lobby and the owner makes marvellous ice coffee, capucchino, iced green tea or whatever you like. I arrived late at Krabi airport (well after the last public transport to Koh Lanta), and so the hotel owner organised a pickup service for me. Similar for any other bookings around the island; if you want they take care of everything. We also had a lot of fun chatting about Thai language, cooking and chilis.

A little oasis at the end of the road, right at the beach with a fantastic view and large rooms. Very quiet, absolutely no traffic! Great location ... easy walk to the pier and night market. Great options for food nearby (e.g. Sala Cafe for breakfast, Sea Sand Soul for lunch / dinner). The owners are absolutely adorable, always happy to help and up for a chat to practice their English skills. We enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place! We were sad to leave this little corner of paradise.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights and had an amazing experience! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect stay. The owners were so welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours, which can conveniently be booked through them. The location is fantastic—close to the pier and easy to get around. It truly feels like a hidden pearl in Koh Lanta, and we feel so lucky to have booked this hotel. Highly recommended!

Beautifull well kept quiet little hotel right by the sea in Saladan. Lovely clean room with a super comfy bed and great little bathroom. Warm water with good water pressure in the shower. Lots of lovely towels. Bottled water appeared in my fridge room cleaned every day and the rubbish removed. I loved the balconey where i sat mornings and evenings looking at the sea and the little park where there was a toucan bird in the palm tree. The owners are so friendly and caring. I was made to feel so welcome. There is a real attention to detail which gives Lanta MP Place a very cosey feel. The owner has a great concept with his little coffee bar and moped rental. I even was served small Thai treats in the mornings with my coffee ...coconut sticky rice and sticky rice with jack fruit was realy a delicious little extra. You can even borrow books from the little library beside the coffee bar. The hotel is very near to all the action in Saladan...walking street and street food and many good fish restaurants. Can recommend the Sea Sand Soul restaurant which is just over the park from the hotel and right on the seafront. Even though the hotel is within walking distance to everything including ferry pier it is also in a very quiet secluded spot with no traffic to speak of. I loved eveything especially the owners and would definately return.

The apartment was ample, very clean, comfortable, and had sea view. The location was very good in downtown, close to the night market and some of the best restaurants in the island. And the owners were super kind and helpful, always available whenever needed.

It doesn’t have elevator. That said, the owner kindly helped me bring the luggage upstairs, hence no problem.

Super nice and welcoming owners. The building has 3 floors with 2-3 rooms on each and is really cute, painted in bright colors and decorated with sea life. You can get a coffee (moka, espresso machine) downstairs in the lobby. Rented scooter for 250bath, in good condition with cute helmets. Beautiful views from the balcony!

Maybe pillows were too bulky and we couldn’t set up AC to our desired temperature (it was either not blowing or blowing a lot of cold air with pauses).
